The day of the dealership being courteous to their customers is gone. I could have gotten the same service shopping online. There was no negotiations allowed. There were no perks buying from this dealership. Not asking for thousands off my purchase, but is a tank of gas too much to ask for these days? Deery Brothers needs to change their slogan to “this is not how we do business anymore” because that’s the answer I got from all the questions that were asked.

Deery Collision is a great shop—knowledgeable, easy-going, and genuinely respectful. They don’t make you feel dumb if you don’t know much about cars, which I’ve experienced elsewhere. When my car had issues, they were able to squeeze me in and get everything handled within a few days, which mattered because I rely on my car for work. Their pricing is fair, they don’t upsell unnecessary repairs, and they take the time to explain things clearly and without being condescending. I won’t go anywhere else—highly recommend Deery Collision to anyone, especially those who aren’t car-savvy. Five stars—this is how a repair shop should be. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was totally pleased with the vehicle they had to show us.It met our expections and beyond them.They bent over backwards to make sure our experience was a total 5 and more.They were courteous, thoughtful,helpful, and with their suggestions helped us save money.Be sure to ask for their extended warranty plan that includes the gap feature.If you have an accident and your car is totaled the gap feature will pay off the rest of the loan you have on your car plus the service is honored thruout the nation and will pay for what issues you have with your vehicle( if I understand correctly)The man you want to speak to is Kevin Mehaffy.He is awesome honest and will hook you up with whatever you need.All of the salespeople were awesome and the head honcho of the Deery Brothers car dealership even graced us with his presence to ensure we were properly taken care of and was sooo down to earth.I would recommend Deery Brothers car dealership anytime to anybody!!!

Last resort.... Way way way to expensive and my car still won't run. They wanted over $500 just to tell me what was wrong with it. They essentially lost the car for 4 days on their lot. Their last concern is the customer.

Needed new transmission. I was told the amount and asked for an itemized invoice. I was told this is all he had. I felt it was high and sounded shady to not beable to get me an itemized quote. So I went to another dealer and they broke everything down for me. And they were 3,000 dollars cheaper. Won't be going back to this place.

Was told when purchased car the first oil change would be free. They said they do not honor that on used cars. They need to train their sales people better to make sure they are giving the correct information. Instead the lady was rude and they would not honor it. I will never use again.

My dad bought a new Camry from here in 2012. He has been the only owner. I called today to get copies of the records from when he purchased the vehicle. I know he paid for protective coating, but I am unable to prove it without the original records. The dealer does not have the records, as they say the records are too old. This seems like a big miss to me, but this is the case. It's really unfortunate as my dad has been placed in assisted living and we are trying to organize his records the best we can. If you have a parent that has bought from here, get the records immediately in your lock box. The dealer does not keep records past a certain date.

Great place to go if you need to be lied too. Call to ask for all pricing. Got told $21,000. Well, 6 hours of driving and paper work later, show up with $22,500 and get told it won't cover my taxes. "Well, I did not know what you were doing " was reason give for increase. Fine whatever, well they head off, few min later they come back with a paper saying I need another $2000, and still the $1300 for taxes. And had the full to tell me "we too late into the process to negotiate" they had not done anything, nothing was sign. I had to do all work, and guess what I had to do another 6 hours of driving and paper work, and it costed me money to pay back loan after returning the money. Buyer beware: do not trust Wendy there, she either incompetent, or con artist. So adding more since the owner reply. First of all yes I live in Burlington, My credit union does not, it in Hannibal, mo. Second the price he said I was quote Is still under the loan amount I got that also under about $1600 of the first price change Wendy gave me(inperson) if the car came out to $23,000 or $23,500 and before taxes I would of still brought that day . Furthermore if I am calling about the price of the vehicle, which I could see the price they would have listed when I found out they had vehicle. Why would I not be asking about the taxes? You can see the price they advertise for vehicle before you find phone number. Also to add on about the market value My credit union does a review of vehicle and it history before I am allowed to get loan. So yeah they check market value too and they told me car was not even close to worth the final price which I was given. Like to note that a lot of issue happen in person with Wendy, not over the phone. and the text I got before the meeting with Wendy were just appointment reminder( So I do not see how the texts are relevant to anything). On other hand, the owner did actually reply instead of leaving a generics automatic message. Maybe this whole situation could have been prevented if I was work with them. Instead of Wendy." also adding after looking at more reviews, within last 3 months, lying, no discounts, bad communication, bad customer service seem to be repeating key words. Failure on my part for not doing more research should of never trusted them i guess

Mr. Cleary, You live in Burlington which is not six hours away from West Burlington. We have recordings of phone conversations and records of text messages exchanged between you and the sales consultant. No one priced the Subaru to you for $21,000. The prices we advertise do not include tax, title, license or any other fees because we do not know what state a customer will title a vehicle in and the fees will vary for every customer. The price you were quoted was $22,299 plus fees. It is unfortunate you were not able to get a loan for the full purchase price of the vehicle plus fees and you secured financing without getting clarification on what the state fees were going to add to the purchase price. Those circumstance does not determine the market price of a vehicle.

This dealership is actually horrible in their maintenance department. We bought a vehicle from a partner location and had to take it to this location within 24hrs of getting it. Was told they fixed the vehicle and they did not. Returned giving them 2 more chances as the same thing happened each time we picked up the vehicle. Actually had to end up driving the vehicle back to its original location as the vehicle was never fixed and returned the vehicle. I would never buy from any of their Locations again. We just bought a used 2021 Nissan Altima from them and it has been a very bad experience. The salesman, Tyler, seems very uninterested in helping. Tried to get them to come down on the price but we ended up HANDING THEM A CASHIERS CHECK FOR THEIR FULL ASKING PRICE. $19k and some change. Occasionally the car can't start and "Key Error" pops up on the dash. After shining my tires I realized that the tires have large gouges out of the sides so they're not even safe to drive on. But their inspection paper says the tires passed their inspection. They have made 0 effort to correct any of the issues. DO NOT buy from them.

I took our 2015 Nissan Rogue in for a recall service. Place is very clean, personal are friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area was very nice, clean, with refreshments. They did an inspection of the vehicle, which I didn’t even ask for, at no charge. The ole gal came back with a good bill of health other than some fluid changes they recommended. Well at 142k miles I’d have to agree that some fluids need to be flushed and refilled. I would definitely recommend Deery Brothers of West Burlington to anyone.

Found a great 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid on CarGuru, called and they verified it was on the lot so we made the drive to Iowa. Car was in great shape, priced as advertised and Ivan made the whole process painless. Waited about a month to review just to make sure there were no surprises. The car is great, the experience was great. 5 stars definitely recommend Deery Brothers and ask for Ivan he was a fantastic salesman, not pushy and very up front.

I paid an extra 3k for a warranty for the life of my loan. Took my car in and my warranty wasn't valid because of the mileage on my car. I paid $171 to have my car looked at, even though I ultimately decided to take it somewhere else. They did spray it down with water for a "car wash". So, there's that.

Great service, very helpful on what I wanted in a vehicle. This was a yr ago and I will have to change my ratings. I didn't have my car a full yr and it started failing speakers stopped working and now a yr later I find out from a dealership where I live now that it looks like it's been sitting in flood water, tie rods, cv joints r so rusted out it's not fixable. And my mufflers have holes in them bearing is so bad that I can lose my tire anytime when calling to let them know I get told to bring it back to get a different vehicle. If this vehicle is bad as it is at the time I got it, it should have never been for sale. I was also was told it was the only vehicle I could get on the loan I went through. So now I'm dealing with a vehicle that is not safe to drive and paying full coverage insurance and paying a loan.

Update I was contacted by the General manager and apologized to for the horrible service but as I should know it's a "first come first serve kind of business" it's a shame greed overcomes willingness to help a customer

James, I visited with the salesperson you were working with regarding the situation. The salesperson you were working with did not realize the vehicle you were interested was being shown to another customer by another salesperson when you text him stating you were on the way to the dealership. I certainly understand your being upset upon your arrival to discover a deal was being finalized with another customer. I do apologize for your experience. It is unfortunate the other customer was here before your arrival, however, after they test drove it and were deciding whether to purchase the vehicle it would not be appropriate to explain to them, they could not purchase the vehicle because another customer just informed us that they were on the way to purchase it. After twenty-eight years at Deery Brothers, I have seen two customers wanting to look at the same vehicle at the same time numerous times and one party is happy the other is disappointed. Most customers are understanding the timing was just not right. We must offer our inventory as a first come first serve basis as an overwhelming number of other businesses operate. We encourage our customers to secure vehicles via credit card if they are unable to physically bring the deposit into the dealership immediately. I would have reached out sooner, however, the first time I was made aware of your experience was your Google review. I encourage all customers to reach out to me if they have any issues. This allows me an opportunity to rectify the situation or to apologize and promise to do a better job in the future if a solution cannot be realized. Again, sorry for the poor timing and how the staff handled the situation. She was gracious and very helpful and offered me transportation if needed. After the new tires were installed I was met by Joe R. and he gave me details and information regarding the new tires, rotation, care, and 1 year road hazard warranty. Not even worth the one star! Bought a 2021 Chevy Malibu with 60,239 miles from Scott Kolp on 3-05-24. I live 3 1/2 hours away from their dealership. On 4-23-24 I had to take car into Karl Chevrolet to have the heater controls looked at and they inspected my vehicle. Found the timing chain gasket was leaking. EVEN THOUGH THIS VEHICLE WENT THROUGH DEERYS CERTIFIED INSEPCTION!! So with my warranty I have a $125 deductible, fine. Then I have $250 worth of parts my warranty will not cover but Deerys extended warranty would for this job that’s costing over $2000, in a car that I’ve had less then two months. Called and spoke with Preston at Deery on 4-24 and he said he’d talk with his manager, they had a case similar to this and they worked something out. Called on 4-26 and spoke with Scott (my salesman) and he said he’d talk to his manager. Here it is the following day and Scott calls back. Says they can’t cover any cost but if I bring my car down to them, (3 1/2 hours with a timing chain gasket leaking) they’d fix it. Now mind you this is a 3 1/2 hour drive one way and the job takes 10 hours if there’s no issues. Then I have a 3 1/2 hour drive back to my house. Deery would rather their customer waste over 17 hours of our time ,then for them to cover $250 cost of parts that are not covered under my warranty, on a car I’ve had less then 60 days. IT WOULD BE CHEAPER FOR THEM TO PAY THE $250 then to pay for all the parts and their tech to do the work! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP! Even spoke with two general managers from both Burlington locations just to be told too bad!! General manager Terry from Deery Toyota was just as much help as the others. Was told to drive the car with a timing chain gasket leak the 3 1/2 drive. Never again will I buy anything from any Deery location.

Your threat to leave a poor review if you did not get money for the parts on your vehicle repair was not going to alter our companies policy regarding the Deery Brothers 3 months/3,000 mile Certifed used car policy. It is good that you did purchase an extended warranty and that you were able to get the vehicle repaired closer to home with minimum expense. I came in with cash. Test drove the car and asked a hundred questions about the history. Was assured by my salesman that I was buying a decent, used vehicle. Less that two weeks and 200 miles on the car, the check engine light comes on. A day later, the display reads 'Drivetrain Malfunction'. It was like puking teeth from an alligator, trying to get any help. My salesman, sent me to the service center, the service center sent me to scheduling, she m scheduling sent me back to the service center and then to the sales manager, who was out of the office that day. No one wanted to help and no one had an answer. It's been a week and the car is still sitting there in limbo. The car has a drivetrain warranty, but Deery is looking for any escape from having to pay for a diagnosis or repairs. I will never deal with Deery again and would never recommend them to anyone. Would rate them 0 stars if I could.

On 9-26-23 found a vehicle we liked on deery brothers website. So calling about it, talking to.Byron, who went out of his way to get us information. He took numerous pictures and sent to us, then he had a tech guy out and take a 360 walk around video of the vehicle. which he also sent to us. After hours of talking back and forth he made it very easy to make this purchase. We drove from Louisiana MO., to West Berlington IA. To buy this car. You could never ask for a better sales person . The vehicle was absolutely everything he said it was, AND Came in Wednesday (HIS DAY OFF) to make this deal. He also worked to get about 50 to 60% of the paper work ready so we wouldn't have be be there for hours doing paperwork. I can't say enough good about the whole situation. This would be a 1-2 star However, the cars sales man was decent and the younger financial rep was very pleasant, informative, and laid out all of our options clearly. I don’t remember his name but had an accent he was just great. He’d get 5 stars if it was just about him. We bought 2019 Silverado. We drove 2.5 hours to look at this truck. Truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas. We asked if they could fill it or at least put enough gas in it to get us home. They stated that they only do that for new vehicles and not used. The price tag on that truck was more than some of the new vehicles on that lot. Also, the miles on the listing was way less then when we showed up like a 7k mile difference. That shoulda have been the first red flag for us to just walk. We ended up buying the truck. Less than 30 days post purchase the oil needed changed and 45 days post purchase the engine air filter needed changed. I don’t put many miles on this vehicle it’s to work 10 miles away and back. Sensors don’t work either on the vehicle but that’s on me for not checking it out more thoroughly. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. They knew how far we had traveled my car was 1/2 tank or more. And then to refuse to even match what was in my tank or fill it just enough to get us home was very disappointing. I feel like a tank of gas is a very common practice for dealerships never not had a dealership give me a full tank until I went to this one.

First off, Anton is one of the friendly down to earth no bs guys I've ever dealt with in the car buying world. I have really bad anxiety issues driving out of town and he brought the vehicle and paperwork to my house for me to test drive and fill out all the forms and take my trade in. I wanted the Taketa air bags replaced in my Toyota xB, and while I was at it I needed some body & paint work, a new windshield & a set of new tires. The service dept at Deery Bros. passed me off to their certified Toyota technician's voicemail where I never got a call back. A week later I called and talked to another service rep that took all of my car info. She said she'd have to order needed parts and would call back later to set up an appointment for the airbag recall and two other TSB's. Meanwhile, I went to Deery's Collision Center for an estimate to have an old front end crash repaired, body & paint touched up and a broken R.H. headlamp assembly replaced. While they were at it, the windshield needed replacement and a fresh set of lamps for the turn signals and headlights. I was paying out of pocket and left $1,000 deposit to get the ball rolling. A couple days later Deery Collision called to have my car dropped off for said repairs. Later that afternoon I got a call saying my car was ready. No Way. That same morning, I called the NHTSA hot line to see what was happening with my airbag recall & TSB repairs. The lady from NHTSA called Deery Bros., West Burlington and found out that their Toyota Certified technician had walked off the job several days ago and that their wasn't a Toyota Certified technician working on staff at Deery Collision either. Basically, Deery Collision removed the plastic front end, replaced BOTH headlight assemblies (after I told them to only replace the broken right side) and each front light capsule. Deery didn't bother to straighten any of the damaged sheet metal beneath the plastic covering, so the right headlamp assembly was left in a bind with a mounting bolt missing cos it didn't line up. The grill was still popped out, and now it took two people to raise the hood that was left in a bind. Underneath the car, a handful of blind pop rivets were utilized instead of the proper fasteners to hold the plastic together. They totally botched the job up. Talking to, Brad Deery, was like talking to Pontius Pilate washing his hands. He turned the matter over to, Justin, the body shop manager, who in turn said I should take my car to Mike Campbell's because he couldn't squeeze my car in for another three weeks. Justin said he couldn't give me a refund for the headlight I didn't need. I suppose I could go through small claims court trying to reclaim the cost of a $300+ headlight capsule I didn't need. What a way to do business. The one star grade is way above the ''Not Worth Two Dead Flies" way I feel. By the way, Justin, Cory Campbell, did fantastic work on my xB and fixed each of your screw ups. Thanks for the recommendation.

Sorry you had less than a perfect experience. You may recall we replaced the right side headlight, two additional bulbs, and the windshield as you requested. When you received an estimate of over $3,000 to repair the additional damage on your vehicle including the sheet metal you declined the repairs. We removed the bumper to install the new headlight assembly and did not perform any work to the hood of the xB. We have no record of someone from the National Highway Traffic Administration contacting the dealership, however, we would have certainly informed them we have certified technicians. We are glad you were able to have the vehicle repaired to your satisfaction.

I ventured here from my home base in cr a few months ago for my 300s. It was pretty messy when I saw it since they just got it in. The deal was worth rolling the dice a little on the small things so I took it. They detailed and delivered it just 2 days later. I figured I would still need to do some work because of that deal but everything was PERFECT! I was quite surprised everything turned out so well given the distance. I drove all the way from Lincoln Nebraska to Iowa and I come to look at this vehicle I am going to test drive and I found 6 spots where paint had come off of this vehicle completely and nothing was stated online about it and the dealership failed to even repair the paint before selling it, and the car had 0 accidents. Also the vehicle rattled a lot when I test drove it and they had no idea about it. If I was any potential customer coming to this dealership. RUN AWAY!

It was our used car manager's understanding that you were planning on being in Des Moines when you asked us to have the vehicle brought to Des Moines from West Burlington, IA. We certainly would not have sent drivers on a 320 mile round trip if we thought you would not be pleased with the vehicle. After reviewing your photos I agree we should have sent you additional photos of the paint chipping. As we discussed the rattle was a spare tire that was loose and that has been addressed. From our discussion it sounds like you really should consider purchasing a later model or new RAV4 in lieu of a five year old vehicle with over 101,000 miles on it if you are wanting something with less wear and tear. However I will send you a video of the touch up that has been done to the vehicle incase you are still interested. If you decide to purchase the vehicle we will not be able to pay drivers to bring the vehicle to Des Moines again you will need to actually make the trip here to West Burlington. BUYER BEWARE!! On 2/25/20 my husband and I drove 135 miles to Deery Brothers in W. Burlington to test drive a previously leased 2016 Highlander. My husband noticed that the tires were old, all mfd. in diff. years. He pointed this out to the salesman, Blake. He was very concerned with the drivers side front tire which was visibly older and looked as if the sidewall had been repeatedly scuffed against a curb. After the test drive, Blake showed us the service checklist, showing the service dept. had replaced the two rear tires because of significant inside wear on both. My husband noted to Blake that they had “replaced” the worn tires with used tires. My husband asked if the service dept. would have corrected the alignment problem that was obviously responsible for the uneven wear of the rear tires. Blake assured us that the service department would have realigned the rear wheels when they replaced the rear tires. He gave us the price quote for our trade. We asked that they make a price adjustment for the used condition of the tires since all 4 would need to be replaced much sooner than normally anticipated. . My husband repeatedly expressed concerns over the age of the tires to Blake and Tim, stating he would need to replace all four tires within a 1-2 year time period, due to their condition. He told them that new tires for that vehicle would most-likely cost us approx. $900.. With only a $400 credit for the tires, we did purchase the vehicle. While waiting, my husband went outside and checked the air pressure in all four tires. The driver side front tire measured 36 psi at that time. We had trouble with that very tire two days later. The low tire warning alert light came on while we were traveling 70 mph down the interstate. The tire, which had 36 PSI upon purchase, had dropped to 27 PSI, an obvious indication of an air leak. We inflated the tire to 40 PSI in order to get home. The very next morning, prior to the vehicle being driven, my husband checked air, and again found it had lost 13 lbs. just overnight! He inflated the tire to 37 PSI, and I immediately took it to a tire dealer to address the leak. After inspection, the service mgr. said the tire had previously been punctured thru-and-thru and had been patched (poorly); thus the source of the leak. We took picts. of the puncture from both sides. My husband is a retired state trooper and board certified crash reconstruction expert. He investigated hundreds of serious injury and fatality crashes for reconstruction purposes. Upon discovering the unsafely patched tire, he was FURIOUS that Deery Brothers sold this vehicle in this condition, especially after having expressed those concerns several times to Blake and Used Car Manager Heiniger. Patching a thru-and-thru punctured tire should only be used as a temporary measure until the tire can be immediately replaced with a NEW one. Not knowing the patch/repair condition of the other three USED tires put on the vehicle by Deery Brothers, 4 new tires were purchased 4 days after we bought the vehicle. The new tires were put on at a cost to us of $960.77. The vehicle was also found to be out of alignment, with several parts (camber kits) needing to be replaced in order to make the vehicle safe by aligning the wheels properly. This cost us an additional $181.00. So we were given a $400 allowance by Deery Brothers for something that cost us $1,141.77 to properly fix. Deery Brothers let this vehicle leave their dealership with a dangerous tire and wheels that were NOT aligned. Certainly negligent business practice. We emailed Deery Brothers with a detailed account of our experience after the poor tire patch was discovered. The next day we received a call from Used Car Manager Heininger. He was condescending to us on the phone and gave us no “relief”. He left us feeling like we were sh*t out of luck and that we that we were duped. That call was prior to the discovery of the wheel misalignment. It is clear that customer satisfaction is NOT a priority of Deery Brothers, especially for out of town customers. BUYER BEWARE!

It is not uncommon for people to travel a long distance to buy vehicles from us as we are known to have some of the lowest prices on the internet. We have found customers really enjoy haggle free pricing. It is extremely uncommon for us to come down on the price of a used vehicle. We did go ahead and make an agreement with you to discount the vehicle $400 as you stated you were planning on replacing the tires. We were really surprised that you threatened to post a poor review if we did not pay you more than we agreed when you purchased the vehicle. It appears you knew the cost you were going go pay to replace all four tires when you made the agreement. We do hope you are enjoying your Highlander! Stay safe!

Had a heck of a long morning changing break pads that were far past needing to be swapped when i stripped all 4 lug nuts on my tire to start the whole process. After a ton of cussing and spending money on tools I'll probably only use a couple times i finally went to the deery service center where Ron Bennett the service manager gave me a helping hand. Although I did not leave with the vehicle I was hoping to purchase, they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the helpful effort to read the OBD2 codes from the minivan for me before I made the trip. Even after the deal ended up not going through, they were still friendly and helpful. The only downside was we were there for just over four hours; our relative we were going to meet that day ended up just meeting us there. It helps they have fresh fruit, doughnuts, and good coffee. It would make sense to do transactions over two visits if you live close by, such as breaking for lunch.

Only reason I'm giving them one star is to give a review and you have to a least give one star to give a review. I hate doing business with them. They're not friendly and do not do anything to accommodate you. I bought a dodge Durango with a warranty, the tail lamp went out a couple months later. They tell me it isn't covered under the warranty so I had to pay 1,500 to get it fixed. My car also came with free oil changes for 2 years, I can never get in on a walk in. Even if I bring it in early in the morning. They say they do walk ins but they are never prepared to do walk ins to service a vehicle. I just really hate I gave them any business. I should have just stuck with shottenkirk. To me I feel like they don't do anything to satisfy the customer. Then again there's a lot of racism in this town so that might play apart too.

My experience was horrible. I will never buy another car here and would advise others not to as well. My seat would not go back in my car. I let my salesman know and he told me they would fix it before I left. They brought the car back up to me and the seat still was not fixed. I let the salesman know that it still was not fixed and he said they have done all they could for me and they could not do anymore. Buyer beware, deery brothers will not stand behind their warranties, they go out of their way to screw customers, very poor customer service.

We do not actually have any warranties that are direct from Deery Brothers we are a franchised dealer that can perform work on vehicles for the manufacturer warranties. We also offer extended service contracts from another company. If you are having a hard time getting something covered by a warranty company I would love to investigate and see if we can work with the manufacture or extended service contract company and get your problem resolved. I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a car. I told them I had my reservations and they assured me that the car is in great shape. Upon arriving and inspecting the car the paint on the trunk was dried out and flaking off and the bumper was out of alignment. I told them this and they came down on the price a bit. When I took the car to get the body issues fixed I was told that there were more issues than what the dealer had described. On top of that, the paint job was shoddy. To get it fixed properly was going to cost way more than the amount that they came off of the price. I called Deery brothers and spoke to Tim, the used car manager and told him the ordeal. He offered no help and basically said good luck. Overall, they did a poor job of representing the car. The car inspection failed to find flaking paint and parts that aren't aligned correctly. Guys were shady and took advantage of a first time young car buyer. Will not be returning again.

Luke, Sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. It appears the dealership did make some concessions for you regarding some of the issues you found when you inspected the vehicle. Sorry to hear this mutually agreed to compromise was not to your liking after you took possession of the vehicle. We will certainly visit with our technician that performed the inspection on the vehicle you purchased, however, we may not be able to find and/or notate all blemishes an eight year old vehicle may have on it's exterior or interior. It is certainly our wish as well you would have noticed any other blemishes on the vehicle prior to you purchasing the vehicle. As it appears you would not have made the purchase. It is never our intention to hide anything from customers this is why we allow everyone to fully inspect a vehicle before they purchase a vehicle and even encourage customers to have their own mechanic or technician inspect vehicles prior to purchases. This is especially true with the purchase of an eight year old vehicle that is sold "as-is" with no warranty of any kind. We hope you reconsider your position to not return in the future. We do appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your car.

I have used Deery's for years and recently had an issue with an incorrect part ordered. The manager really went out of his way to fix the matter and I greatly appreciate it! Also I recently had work done at the Collision center and it's fantastic! You cannot tell where the damage was at all!

Drove new Nissan pickup they had.said it wouldn't work due to bucket seats in back after that .they seemed totally uninterested infinding me what I needed. I had a specific list. Also asked them twice to appraise my miata on a trade.nothing! I bought a Subaru from a dealer who found me what I asked for.

Lynn Sorry to hear we couldn't find you what you needed. Unfortunately Nissan does not offer the Frontier with a manual transmission with the long box 4x4. We really wish we were able to find something for you in the brands we have available here in West Burlington as we are not licensed to sell new Subaru we could not offer you one of their products. Regarding your trade value we certainly should have provided you with some book values, however, we cannot offer you an amount to trade for unless we have something to sell you that you want to own. We are glad you found something that worked for you. Please keep us in mind in the future and we will try to do a better job for you.

Needed tires for my car. They were super helpful, listened to what I wanted, found me the best tires I have ever owned at a price that was comparable to what I have been paying for cheap ones. Even my dad was impressed, and he always thinks I screw up on car stuff! When I got there, it was clean, staff were attentive and pleasant. Shuttled me to work with a smile. Work done by the time promised. The car wash and vacuum was the icing on the cake. Very pleased. Will definitely do business with them again! Just had my second experience with this dealership tonight. Worked with salesman Blake Dichraff and could not have been more pleased. He was pleasant, helpful, and gave no pressure at all. I walked away with the car I came for, after test driving three total vehicles. He got me a great interest rate with terms I could live with. Everyone was super nice and made the experience totally worth the trip to West Burlington. Thanks so much! Five stars for a second time!!!
