My husband and I was looking to trade for a Jeep Grand Cherokee - at Deery Brothers on Gear Ave in Burlington we was greeted by Wendy Miller. Wendy was very professional, persistent and worked with us for a couple weeks. She work with her staff on our wants. She assisted us when we made the decision to purchase a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee by having all paperwork, pre approved loan papers before we got there. I would recommend you DO NOT go here, customer service was poor to say the least! Is taking forever to get our title to get our vechile registered and licensed and when we would call to get updates they would rudely say they have up to 30 days to get it to us! That is after I had emailed them asking when we would be expecting it and NO Reply back!!! We have 3 days til the 30 days are up and its a Friday! When another family member bought a vechile the same day at another dealership in Burlington, Iowa and got their title 2 weeks ago!!! This was Not the first time we have bought from a dealershipn but we HAVE NEVER had the problems we have had through them! If I could leave no stars I would! Very disappointed in their customer service!
