This is our 4th vehicle from Derry Brothers in Burlington Iowa. Wendy Miller was our sales associate and she has sold us 3 of these cars. (She wasn't employed here for our 1 st Nissan) My husband only buys Nissan and he always drives the 30 miles to this dealership. When we arrived to look at Nissan's, Wendy was very busy and was already helping 2 other customers. She was happy to see us and she told us to go outside and look and she would come out as soon as she could. Wendy came out on the lot and she saw the Nissan Kicks that we were looking at and she went in and got them ready to be test driven. Wendy let us test drive and we found the perfect car! Went in for an oil change. They did an inspection and confirmed pretty much what I thought needed to be done. Gave the estimate for each service and the prices were fair . A very professional and well run process. Will be happy to go back when needed.
