Took my car in a few months ago because my check engine light was on. They did the repairs initially requested which I didnt have any issues with, but they had to order a part that was on back order so it took a while to get there. Again, cool, no worries it happens. Well month and a half later they get the part and I go to get it installed, figuring it would be a day max for them to get it in, well when they take off a wheel to access what needs to be accessed, they strip the lugs and have to order a new wheel hub which takes 2 extra days to arrive. Then when I go to pick up my car, there is magically a nail in another tire that I have not had problems with before hand, and they dont want to do the patch because they're "afraid of stripping the lugs on that wheel too" which would be a $580 repair instead of covering their mistake. Oh and at the end of it all, my check engine light is still on and my tire has not lost a bit or air. Thanks guys, appreciate the wasted time

Avoid. $470 to replace the battery in a 23 Nissan Altima. ~$225 foot the battery, $40 to install it, $30 in “shop fees”, and $160 to diagnose that it needed a new battery. They should be ashamed of themselves.

[Updated Review - Changed from 1 star to 3 stars] I am updating my previous 1-star review to 3 stars to be fair to the staff here. I really appreciate their customer service in allowing me to pick up my vehicle even after the service department had already closed for the day. That was very helpful and accommodating. However, there are still a couple of unresolved issues holding this back from a higher rating. First, they were unable to update my VIN in the system. Second, and more importantly, I am currently waiting for them (Jake and the service team) to update my official Repair Order so that the paperwork accurately reflects the diagnosis and the exact issue we discussed and confirmed via text messages. I appreciate the flexibility with the pickup, but getting the official documentation correct is crucial for me right now. I hope to get this resolved soon.

I recently brought my car in for service and received a message recommending several additional services that my vehicle did not actually need. When I got back into my car, I noticed that everything from my glove compartment had been left scattered, most likely after checking the cabin air filter. Nothing was placed back the way it was. Additionally, the floor mat was thrown into the trunk on top of my gym bag and other belongings I had there. I have serviced my vehicles at other Toyota locations before, and they usually leave the car organized and as they found it. Unfortunately, this time the experience was not good. It’s disappointing, especially since this is the only Toyota location close to me. I simply wanted to share this feedback so that future customers receive better care and attention to their vehicles.

After having my van for almost 5 weeks to replace a transmission, we got the van back with three brand new problems. A hole in the exhaust system, a metal scraping sound coming from the front wheel, and broken air conditioning. The service department tried their best to make things right, but we still have to take the car to another mechanic to get these problems fixed. I’m not sure who test drives cars after their services is done, but in my opinion, they are incompetent. I will never go back. UPDATE 3/2026 - Just had my van repaired at my regular mechanic due to a cracked flywheel. Turns out that the Deery techs who installed my new transmission did not install both of the dowels that align the engine with the transmission. Needless to say that this repair was very expensive since the engine and transmission had to be removed and reinstalled. I'm just glad my mechanic found, and documented the problem before a catastrophic failure occurred. Now the van runs like new, but this should never have happened. I've been encouraged to begin legal proceedings. We'll see about that.

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership about a month ago for $15,000. During the test drive we mentioned feeling a slight miss, but we were reassured after the vehicle was connected to a diagnostic computer that everything checked out fine. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on and we learned the vehicle has a major engine issue consistent with a failing head gasket — a repair quoted to us at approximately $8,500. The vehicle was sold with a 3-month / 3,000-mile warranty, and we are still within both limits. However, we were never provided any written warranty documentation at the time of sale. We left the dealership with only two pieces of paperwork, neither of which included warranty terms. Despite requesting the warranty information multiple times, we still have not received it. After several conversations with staff and management, we felt dismissed and frustrated rather than supported. While partial assistance was discussed, we were ultimately left responsible for thousands of dollars on a vehicle we had just purchased and had already raised concerns about early on. We understand used vehicles can have issues, but clear communication, transparency, and providing customers with warranty information should be standard practice. We ultimately chose to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere for significantly less. We are sharing our experience so future buyers make sure they receive full warranty documentation before leaving the lot and fully understand what is — and is not — covered. We have talked to several people too there because they claim to call them to work things out but I have talked to several people there and nothing gets solved!

We drove from Wisconsin to Iowa to purchase our 2022 Chevy Sierra, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Scott helped my husband over the phone ahead of time and answered every question he had. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable making the trip out of state for a truck. When we arrived, Cameron greeted us and was incredibly personable and kind throughout the entire process. He made us feel confident that we were making the best decision. He even called the next day to make sure we got home safely and to check in on how the drive was. Which was very thoughtful of him. Lastly, Kyle handled the financing and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and thoroughly while we were there. We highly recommend this dealership. Especially if you’re coming from out of state. Such a great experience from start to finish!

The day of the dealership being courteous to their customers is gone. I could have gotten the same service shopping online. There was no negotiations allowed. There were no perks buying from this dealership. Not asking for thousands off my purchase, but is a tank of gas too much to ask for these days? Deery Brothers needs to change their slogan to “this is not how we do business anymore” because that’s the answer I got from all the questions that were asked.

Great overall experience!!! Cameron sold me on the new Toyota Tacoma and I love it!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Julie was very helpful and friendly helping me choose how to keep my new truck looking brand new especially since I drive a gravel road every day. I wish I could rate the staff individually, I would give Kevin (finance guy) a big 0! He was very rude, cocky, judgmental and almost lost Cameron a sale. I would definitely recommend if your in the market for a new vehicle, just try to avoid Kevin

Deery has always done admirable maintenance on my 2020 Camry LE Hybrid. I just had some major work done: Ethanol defender fuel system maintenance kit; Brake system flush and Fluid exchange; Fuel induction service and Mass airflow sensor cleaning service. Car is running surprisingly very smoothly now. I just hope Deery Brothers can keep their labor rate and costs lower!
