Took some cars in for service and never got an update on what’s going on. I was just expecting a phone call to tell me how things are going if they brought it in or not what’s wrong, but they never call. I’ve had to call after a couple days just to know what’s going on. I haven’t been to many shops but I’m 100% sure they actually communicate with customers at any given point. Not saying the experience was bad just supper aggravating that they can’t call back when they say they will.
