This dealership is actually horrible in their maintenance department. We bought a vehicle from a partner location and had to take it to this location within 24hrs of getting it. Was told they fixed the vehicle and they did not. Returned giving them 2 more chances as the same thing happened each time we picked up the vehicle. Actually had to end up driving the vehicle back to its original location as the vehicle was never fixed and returned the vehicle. I would never buy from any of their Locations again. Absolutely horrible

Stranded after hours while traveling through. Had our vehicle towed to Deery Bros and experienced top notch service! Huge shout out to Brad for juggling things in the service department and squeezing us into a full schedule, and to Jake for working tirelessly ALL DAY to get us up and running and back on the road! Five stars is not a high enough rating!!!

On 9-26-23 found a vehicle we liked on deery brothers website. So calling about it, talking to.Byron, who went out of his way to get us information. He took numerous pictures and sent to us, then he had a tech guy out and take a 360 walk around video of the vehicle. which he also sent to us. After hours of talking back and forth he made it very easy to make this purchase. We drove from Louisiana MO., to West Berlington IA. To buy this car. You could never ask for a better sales person . The vehicle was absolutely everything he said it was, AND Came in Wednesday (HIS DAY OFF) to make this deal. He also worked to get about 50 to 60% of the paper work ready so we wouldn't have be be there for hours doing paperwork. I can't say enough good about the whole situation. Our sincere thanks to Byron Newberry, and Deery Brothers, and others who helped make this work. THANK YOU

Today I took advantage of buying three tires and getting a four one free the service was awesome. Pricing was fantastic love going to dear West Burlington. I would recommend using their service to anyone out there looking for great pricing and great people!
