Had a heck of a long morning changing break pads that were far past needing to be swapped when i stripped all 4 lug nuts on my tire to start the whole process. After a ton of cussing and spending money on tools I'll probably only use a couple times i finally went to the deery service center where Ron Bennett the service manager gave me a helping hand. Goes to show that not all service centers are out to get every last cent and you shouldn't be afraid to ask for help from a professional, even if you want to do it yourself. You might be surprised. Thank you Ron for your help today

My husband and I went to go check out a Toyota Prius and we got there later than I wanted. They closed at 8 we got there around 720 730. We test drove the car and really liked it. Blake Dichraff( I think that’s right 🤔) was so laid back and so easy going (unlike every other salesman I’ve ever dealt with) even though we were there after 8 that we came back for the car the next day. Very easy, very friendly to deal with. It’s going to be a while before I figure out if it was a good purchase or not but I would definitely come here first for another car purchase just because there was no pressure and Blake was so friendly. And all the extra perks too.

I recently brought my car in for service and received a message recommending several additional services that my vehicle did not actually need. When I got back into my car, I noticed that everything from my glove compartment had been left scattered, most likely after checking the cabin air filter. Nothing was placed back the way it was. Additionally, the floor mat was thrown into the trunk on top of my gym bag and other belongings I had there. I have serviced my vehicles at other Toyota locations before, and they usually leave the car organized and as they found it. Unfortunately, this time the experience was not good. It’s disappointing, especially since this is the only Toyota location close to me. I simply wanted to share this feedback so that future customers receive better care and attention to their vehicles.
