It appears you live in California. We are car dealership in Iowa. Did you intend to leave this review for Deery Brothers of West Burlington? Is so please reach out to me and fill me in on the details of your visit I would love your feedback to help us improve. Edit: After visiting with our management team we now believe we know who you are. If you are the person in California that was trying to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma we decided to not proceed forward with the sale as we could not 100% verify your identity and we were not comfortable completing a transaction via phone/internet and mail and having a vehicle shipped to California due to fraud concerns. Unfortunately fraudulent transactions and the theft of vehicles this year of the pandemic has been at record highs. We hope you can understand our concern and refusal to move forward with the transaction. Of course if you were willing to make the trip to Iowa from California and we could verify your identity we would have been happy moving forward with the transaction. It appears you must have had a similar experience while trying to purchase a Tacoma in Illinois as well based on your other reviews on your profile.
