Dylan was absolutely amazing. Very professional, detailed and kind. Everything I expected in my customer service experience at Deery Brothers.

Took my 2006 Pontiac Solstice to Deery in Burlington recently for a recall notice. It was a scheduled appointment. It did take quite a bit longer than what the scheduler had told me the day I called for the appointment but I'm happy to have this taken care of now. I did feel they should have told me at the start of the appointment that it would take almost twice as long as the scheduler had stated. But.... I also did not ask. I did text after maybe 3.5 hours to ask how much longer it would be and they replied with 1-2 more hours. That possibly was because I asked them to diagnose why the heater doesn't blow hot air. We ended up cancelling that diagnosis and was not charged for that. I would appoint there again or may try a more local place to me

Customer service by Carmen on the phone was poor. Not everyone is qualified to handle customers over the phone. She clearly doesn't understand how to use basic phone courtesy, like "Hello, good morning, or good bye". The phone call is the first contact you have with a potential customer. Be kind, helpful, and courteous. She was rude, unskilled at her job, and didn't want to be bothered answering phones. I'll go somewhere else.
