Only because I cannot give them a zero. If you give a bad review for them, be prepared for them to call you at home to ask you to change your review, even after you explain the problem. I gave the review that I felt reflected my experience with them. Afterwards, I felt pressured to change my review and now my opinion is even lower of them. You might have a good experience though. If you see a car you like there, it may well be worth it.

Jewel, Thanks for taking the time to leave another review. I recall speaking with you after you left a review quite some time ago. I always like to reach out to folks that have a bad experience with us especially if they do not leave details of what their personal experience with our staff was like. If I recall correctly you mentioned you left your original review regarding a visit someone other than yourself had with one of our team members and you did not actually visit our store yourself. The ability for our customers to get a good reflection of how myself and our 80 team members conduct business is very important to us and our families as a poor review can influence whether or not a potential customer will make the decision to come visit us. My reputation and that of our team therefore is paramount. Sorry you felt I put pressure on you to change your review. I do recall you volunteered to remove your last review when we visited on the phone, I did not realize you did so because you felt I pressured you to do so. I would never and have never asked a customer to change or alter their reviews as I feel that is in poor taste. The entire Deery Team does hope you change your mind and decide to conduct business with us in the future so you can decide for yourself if we deserve a one-star rating.
