Appointment took about one and a half hours to cut and program the keys which I think it's very good time the person at the service desk was courteous and appear to know his job.

On 9-26-23 found a vehicle we liked on deery brothers website. So calling about it, talking to.Byron, who went out of his way to get us information. He took numerous pictures and sent to us, then he had a tech guy out and take a 360 walk around video of the vehicle. which he also sent to us. After hours of talking back and forth he made it very easy to make this purchase. We drove from Louisiana MO., to West Berlington IA. To buy this car. You could never ask for a better sales person . The vehicle was absolutely everything he said it was, AND Came in Wednesday (HIS DAY OFF) to make this deal. He also worked to get about 50 to 60% of the paper work ready so we wouldn't have be be there for hours doing paperwork. I can't say enough good about the whole situation. Tried to buy a suv but they were unwilling to negotiate with me or even counter offer. I made an offer and was basically laughed at, salesman took my offer to someone who makes the decisions and could here them laughing about the offer, came back to the desk and said they were firm on the price, I said OK thank you and left. I drove down the road and purchased a vehicle from one of their competitors. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this place,
