My husband and I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership about a month ago for $15,000. During the test drive we mentioned feeling a slight miss, but we were reassured after the vehicle was connected to a diagnostic computer that everything checked out fine. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on and we learned the vehicle has a major engine issue consistent with a failing head gasket — a repair quoted to us at approximately $8,500. The vehicle was sold with a 3-month / 3,000-mile warranty, and we are still within both limits. However, we were never provided any written warranty documentation at the time of sale. We left the dealership with only two pieces of paperwork, neither of which included warranty terms. Despite requesting the warranty information multiple times, we still have not received it. After several conversations with staff and management, we felt dismissed and frustrated rather than supported. While partial assistance was discussed, we were ultimately left responsible for thousands of dollars on a vehicle we had just purchased and had already raised concerns about early on. We understand used vehicles can have issues, but clear communication, transparency, and providing customers with warranty information should be standard practice. We ultimately chose to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere for significantly less. We are sharing our experience so future buyers make sure they receive full warranty documentation before leaving the lot and fully understand what is — and is not — covered. We have talked to several people too there because they claim to call them to work things out but I have talked to several people there and nothing gets solved!

We drove from Wisconsin to Iowa to purchase our 2022 Chevy Sierra, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Scott helped my husband over the phone ahead of time and answered every question he had. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable making the trip out of state for a truck. When we arrived, Cameron greeted us and was incredibly personable and kind throughout the entire process. He made us feel confident that we were making the best decision. He even called the next day to make sure we got home safely and to check in on how the drive was. Which was very thoughtful of him. Lastly, Kyle handled the financing and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and thoroughly while we were there. We highly recommend this dealership. Especially if you’re coming from out of state. Such a great experience from start to finish!

Great overall experience!!! Cameron sold me on the new Toyota Tacoma and I love it!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Julie was very helpful and friendly helping me choose how to keep my new truck looking brand new especially since I drive a gravel road every day. I wish I could rate the staff individually, I would give Kevin (finance guy) a big 0! He was very rude, cocky, judgmental and almost lost Cameron a sale. I bought my car from this dealership several years ago. I bought it as-is as a older used car, so I expected some issues. At first, I was really pissed because within the first year, the power steering pump died AMD the brake lines completely snapped. The brake lines should've been found on the initial inspection. Since then, they've replaced the power steering pump for FREE (well worth the engine protection package) because I get an additive during the oil changes. I do have to drive an hour for each oil change, but I would happily continue doing that for the life of this car if it means the moving parts have an extended warranty. The additive is like $12. To add on to the service departments Stellar warranty option, they get me in and out within an hour which I appreciate. They also do a full inspection and give you the results/ explain things before your oil change is even complete. They suggest recommended fixes but I've literally never felt pressured to get a single thing done on my car, including some things that were pretty urgent. They do not void the warranty if you get work done elsewhere because I'm extremely picky about who works on my vehicle.. the service is expensive so do keep that in mind but the quality of work I think makes up for it. If I had to get another car, I do think I would choose this place again. I'm not sure how thorough their inspections really are with used cars given the condition of mine when I received it, but it was still worth it for me in the end. Finding my car was like a unicorn and Deery Brothers West Burlington was willing to help me get it with insurance money.

I found myself in a predicament as my ford ranger keeps burning up fuel pumps. The age and mileage of the vehicle are enough that handling my daily routine is a bit of a stretch. I decided it was time for a newer vehicle while i keep my ranger and hopefully fix it as a backup. As it is, it is dead as a doornail. I did some quick searches on line thinking the $20K zone was what I was prepared to do. Deery Bros web site came up with a pretty good selection of compact cars which is what I was thinking about. There was a corolla that had some previous damage which i could see in the carfax Deery published online. Knowing this helped me in my final decision which was a new Nissan Sentra. It was close enough in price to the corolla but there is a lot to be said for going new if you can, and the difference in price wasnt enough to point me toward the corolla. Ivan was my sales rep and he was very helpful and accommodating through the whole process. I took the powder white option for a test drive over night. No complaints at all on the car, but I did see that there was an Aspen white version that was missing a couple of options compared to the powder white, so i went with the aspen white, it was also about $1,500 less. Again Ivan was very accommodating by giving me as much time as I wanted to compare and contrast. The aspen white didnt have the $80 clear bumper cover that came with the powder white and I was hoping this could get ordered as a customer courtesy but this was not possible. One thing that stuck in my mind when i bought my Ranger new was that they threw in keyless entry for free, small things like that stick in a customers memory. Anyway, I decided to go with a down payment and finance the rest. I was a little surprised at the final monthly payment amount, but I knew going in that I could pay against the principal to speed things up, and Ivan and the Finance director confirmed this. My plan is to make some aggressive payments to knock back the principal once the loan gets started and potentially refinance at Capital one if that makes sense to do. After the purchase I noticed that Nissan of Galesburg had the same vehicles at somewhat lower prices. If my timeline was not so tight I might have considered them as an option. Overall this experience was painless compared to any other car purchases for me in recent memory. I would go with five stars but there are some unknowns such as CVT transmission performance long term and overall quality of the vehicle, + whether I find the financing varies wildly from the norm. As I mentioned I was pressed to make a deal so I started with what it is and know that I have some options to reduce any payment pain as needed. Thank you,

This is our 4th vehicle from Derry Brothers in Burlington Iowa. Wendy Miller was our sales associate and she has sold us 3 of these cars. (She wasn't employed here for our 1 st Nissan) My husband only buys Nissan and he always drives the 30 miles to this dealership. When we arrived to look at Nissan's, Wendy was very busy and was already helping 2 other customers. She was happy to see us and she told us to go outside and look and she would come out as soon as she could. I live in Chicago and worked with multiple dealerships in my area to try to find the exact car (trim level, interior/exterior color combo) that I wanted. After having my deposit on file with a Chicago-area dealership for TWO months, they finally turned to me and said that they just couldn't get the car that I wanted any time soon. So I expanded my search area, which led me to Deery. Luckily, they had the exact car that I wanted already headed their way from the factory on the freight truck, and I was able to snag it. The sales rep that I worked with was Steve Donald, and he was excellent. He was very communicative, honest, and made me feel like he valued my business. When it came time to pick up my new car, my parents drove me out to Deery (an approximately 3 1/2 hour drive). All of us were impressed with the dealership itself, and with all of the staff that we encountered. My dad even said that next time he needs a new car, he'll consider buying it from Deery, even though there are countless dealerships closer to where he lives! Steve spent probably close to an hour showing me some of the key features on/in my new car, which was very helpful before I hit the highway to make the long drive back home. I highly recommend Deery, ESPECIALLY if you're feeling frustrated/strung along by other dealerships! Five stars!

We just bought a used 2021 Nissan Altima from them and it has been a very bad experience. The salesman, Tyler, seems very uninterested in helping. Tried to get them to come down on the price but we ended up HANDING THEM A CASHIERS CHECK FOR THEIR FULL ASKING PRICE. $19k and some change. Occasionally the car can't start and "Key Error" pops up on the dash. After shining my tires I realized that the tires have large gouges out of the sides so they're not even safe to drive on. But their inspection paper says the tires passed their inspection. They have made 0 effort to correct any of the issues. DO NOT buy from them.

I called about a car they had advertised. The sales manager referred me to one of his sales man, Steve. I had some questions about equipment on the car over the phone. Steve went to insure the vehicle was there and was what I was looking for. We arranged a time to meet and look at the car. Steve had the car ready and we test drove it and they looked at my trade. Car was in great shape, priced as advertised and Ivan made the whole process painless. Waited about a month to review just to make sure there were no surprises. Great service, very helpful on what I wanted in a vehicle. This was a yr ago and I will have to change my ratings. I didn't have my car a full yr and it started failing speakers stopped working and now a yr later I find out from a dealership where I live now that it looks like it's been sitting in flood water, tie rods, cv joints r so rusted out it's not fixable. And my mufflers have holes in them bearing is so bad that I can lose my tire anytime when calling to let them know I get told to bring it back to get a different vehicle. If this vehicle is bad as it is at the time I got it, it should have never been for sale. I was also was told it was the only vehicle I could get on the loan I went through. So now I'm dealing with a vehicle that is not safe to drive and paying full coverage insurance and paying a loan.

As a former auto dealer myself, I only patronize dealers who do not overcharge (Toyota tax) with forced add-ons or fees. It’s rare in today’s (sellers) market. Why? Because they can. I’m happy to report that Deery Brothers makes the cut. Steve Donald was a pleasure to work with and the entire RAV4 transaction was quick, easy and transparent. Appreciate Steve staying past close on a Friday eve and not rushing any of the process. We also met the owner who was busily working / leading by example at a dealership who values customer relationships. Not even worth the one star! Bought a 2021 Chevy Malibu with 60,239 miles from Scott Kolp on 3-05-24. I live 3 1/2 hours away from their dealership. On 4-23-24 I had to take car into Karl Chevrolet to have the heater controls looked at and they inspected my vehicle. Found the timing chain gasket was leaking. EVEN THOUGH THIS VEHICLE WENT THROUGH DEERYS CERTIFIED INSEPCTION!! So with my warranty I have a $125 deductible, fine. Then I have $250 worth of parts my warranty will not cover but Deerys extended warranty would for this job that’s costing over $2000, in a car that I’ve had less then two months. Called and spoke with Preston at Deery on 4-24 and he said he’d talk with his manager, they had a case similar to this and they worked something out. Called on 4-26 and spoke with Scott (my salesman) and he said he’d talk to his manager. Here it is the following day and Scott calls back. Says they can’t cover any cost but if I bring my car down to them, (3 1/2 hours with a timing chain gasket leaking) they’d fix it. Now mind you this is a 3 1/2 hour drive one way and the job takes 10 hours if there’s no issues. Then I have a 3 1/2 hour drive back to my house. Deery would rather their customer waste over 17 hours of our time ,then for them to cover $250 cost of parts that are not covered under my warranty, on a car I’ve had less then 60 days. IT WOULD BE CHEAPER FOR THEM TO PAY THE $250 then to pay for all the parts and their tech to do the work! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP! Even spoke with two general managers from both Burlington locations just to be told too bad!! General manager Terry from Deery Toyota was just as much help as the others. Was told to drive the car with a timing chain gasket leak the 3 1/2 drive. Never again will I buy anything from any Deery location.

I don’t even like leaving bad reviews but after buying a vehicle for 65k it feels a little more personal that a dealership doesn’t make effort to take care of their customers. We traveled an hour to buy the vehicle. Once we got it home and checked out, the brakes on the car we purchased needed replaced (my husband is an ASE master mechanic) i contacted our salesman who said they checked out fine during their inspection and they would be at our cost. My husband has worked at dealerships for many years in his career and knows this is common practice to pass off a used car as “okay” if the repair is expensive. The brakes will cost us $3000 to replace as they are performance brakes. Obviously Deery didn’t want to front this bill so they checked it off as good to go in their inspection and now it’s our bill to pay.

I came in with cash. Test drove the car and asked a hundred questions about the history. Was assured by my salesman that I was buying a decent, used vehicle. Less that two weeks and 200 miles on the car, the check engine light comes on. A day later, the display reads 'Drivetrain Malfunction'. It was like puking teeth from an alligator, trying to get any help. My salesman, sent me to the service center, the service center sent me to scheduling, she m scheduling sent me back to the service center and then to the sales manager, who was out of the office that day. No one wanted to help and no one had an answer. It's been a week and the car is still sitting there in limbo. The car has a drivetrain warranty, but Deery is looking for any escape from having to pay for a diagnosis or repairs. I will never deal with Deery again and would never recommend them to anyone. Would rate them 0 stars if I could.

A bit of a long story about how much Deery Brothers helped us out, but I feel like I need to tell it. This past summer, my family and I were t-boned by an uninsured driver. Everyone was okay, but the following months were an absolute nightmare when it came to the insurance process. Between work, and our child starting kindergarten, being down a car was not easy. Our insurance was finally dealt with after a few months and we could begin looking for a new car. That was a whole other nightmare. I had a Toyota Prius and wanted to get a new one. Sold out everywhere and to get a new one would mean being on a year long waiting list. I decided that the hybrid Corolla would be a good substitute (I commute 2 hours a day, thus wanting another hybrid). Wouldn't you know it? Hybrid Corollas were also in short supply and high demand in our area. Local dealers also jacked up all of their prices. We decided to expand our search and found Deery Brothers Toyota in West Burlington. It was a 5 hour drive away from us, but they had two hybrid Corollas in freight, and the prices were beyond reasonable! I was first contacted by their internet sales manager, Wendy. She was so nice and answered all of my questions quickly. We took the risk and put down a deposit on a car we hadn't even seen. Then we were contacted by Ivan. What a gem. He guided us through the process and made sure everything went smoothly. A couple of weeks later, the car arrived, and we made the drive to West Burlington. I couldn't believe how quickly their team got us in and out of there. Everything was thorough, and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences of my life. Huge shoutout to Ivan, Wendy and everyone over there at Deery Brothers. Finding these guys felt like we finally had a little luck back on our side.

Is taking forever to get our title to get our vechile registered and licensed and when we would call to get updates they would rudely say they have up to 30 days to get it to us! That is after I had emailed them asking when we would be expecting it and NO Reply back!!! We have 3 days til the 30 days are up and its a Friday! When another family member bought a vechile the same day at another dealership in Burlington, Iowa and got their title 2 weeks ago!!! I learned this in conversation, waiting on paperwork. Sean was patient with any complaints or concerns I had. I'm sure my wife had him wishing we'd leave at one point or another. I had a mostly positive experience. Lacking 1 star isn't bad by any standard. My 1 complaint is financial. There just wasn't any room to come down on the used truck or to come up on my trade-in. Yes, that's typical at a dealership, but these are the highest interest rates I've ever financed under. Every dollar counts. Deery management, take care of your sales team. They were standing out in the cold, waiting for me to splash them with a puddle. I believe compensation is in order.

I'm writing this review 13 months after purchasing a 2016 Lincoln mkc with 51k miles. It has been a nightmare! During test drive I noticed heated seats weren't working was aggressively assured it was just warming up, never have worked, there was no code given to me and sticker is gone so never been able to use keyless entry, locking lug nuts were put on the car, no key came with and had to spend $86 to get them off. I called regarding these issues and was just given the "sold as is" speech. I just spent $2,336 on replacing all 4 "brand new" tires (3 of 4 were all unmatching brand and tred) , 3 parts they had claimed to have just replaced, alignment, and labor. For spending nearly $25k on this vehicle I would warn anyone to steer clear if you expect any post sale assistance or customer service!

This would be a 1-2 star However, the cars sales man was decent and the younger financial rep was very pleasant, informative, and laid out all of our options clearly. I don’t remember his name but had an accent he was just great. He’d get 5 stars if it was just about him. We bought 2019 Silverado. We drove 2.5 hours to look at this truck. Truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas. We asked if they could fill it or at least put enough gas in it to get us home. They stated that they only do that for new vehicles and not used. The price tag on that truck was more than some of the new vehicles on that lot. Also, the miles on the listing was way less then when we showed up like a 7k mile difference. That shoulda have been the first red flag for us to just walk. We ended up buying the truck. Less than 30 days post purchase the oil needed changed and 45 days post purchase the engine air filter needed changed. I don’t put many miles on this vehicle it’s to work 10 miles away and back. Sensors don’t work either on the vehicle but that’s on me for not checking it out more thoroughly. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. They knew how far we had traveled my car was 1/2 tank or more. And then to refuse to even match what was in my tank or fill it just enough to get us home was very disappointing. I feel like a tank of gas is a very common practice for dealerships never not had a dealership give me a full tank until I went to this one.

I purchased the 2015 Equinox from Deery Brothers in West Burlington, IA. My fiancé and I liked the vehicle during our test drive, but we felt very manipulated and rushed in our decision making process. We came in to test drive a 2014 Traverse that was listed for $13,500. We made it clear to our salesman Steve Donald, that we wanted to be lower than that price, or right at that price if the deal was right with the mileage on the vehicle, year, and any problems with the vehicle. We really liked the Traverse and were told that “they” couldn’t make it work in our price range. We were told that “he”, I’m guessing the sales manager, brought the price all the way down to what the dealership had into the car, and still couldn’t make the deal work. Franticly, our salesman said that there may be a deal that they could make work; we had to go because I had to get to work. We saw the list price of $16,100 on the window of the vehicle and knew that that was not in our price range. Steve made the comment that “he” is coming way down on the price for this vehicle and that “he” doesn’t usually do this. He was really pushy and forceful that I made this deal. I have never in my life met someone as passive-aggressive as Steve Donald. I have never in my years of purchasing vehicles, which I have purchased my fair share, have ever felt so manipulated, mislead, and disrespected as I did at Deery Brothers. I felt as if I were being discriminated against due to my age, which is 22 years of age, with the way the salesman was talking to me and the way everything was misleading. I could not even get an oil change because Steve told me that it can damage a vehicle if it is changed before the oil percent is below 10%. I have never heard of such a thing before, I just wanted a fresh oil change, along with the free one I will receive in the next 6,000 miles. I did not want to have to come back in 1,000 miles just for the oil change, since I live one hour away. Steve refused to help us out on that. Steve again insisted that we were getting a good deal and did not make any mention of the price of the vehicle after I asked repeatedly. I asked and he would distract us with the car buying process and repeatedly used the phrase “you are getting a good deal.” I then went into the financing office and began to sign more paper work. I was told that the price was going to be $22,000 and some old dollars, but since we put $500 down, it was going to be $21,000 and some odd dollars. I was a little leery on the price, as I did not want to be higher than $20,000 all in with the left over from the Sonic that I traded in plus the gap insurance and the extended warranty that was mentioned. My thought process was that I was getting the equinox for the $13,500, which was the price of the Traverse, plus the $5,500 left over inequity from my previous car loan, plus the extended warranty and gap insurance, leaving me at the $21,000 in debt that was mentioned in the financing office. When I got home and looked at the financing papers we noticed that I was in fact $26,000 in debt which was not what I thought was agreed upon and was not what we wanted at all. This price was never mentioned, and this is why I feel manipulated and mislead during the whole process. When I saw that, I just wanted to opt out of everything. This deal was very misleading to say the least, and I couldn’t even get a full tank of gas. I felt like Steve was very unprofessional with his words. I mentioned that I had filled up the car the previous day and wanted at least the 12 gallons in the new vehicle. Steve said that could not happen so I made the joke that I was going to syphon the gas out of the Sonic, since they couldn’t give us a full tank, and Steve said “be my guest.” I find it very hard for me to recommend this place to someone as we feel very manipulated, blinded, and I was not treated with any respect, I have never in my life had such a bad experience purchasing anything. I am posting this review on behalf of myself, and Derric Littlefield, who purchased the vehicle.

Great experience buying a new pathfinder! The sales consultant took his time and explained all of the features and really listened to what I needed for my family. All of the sales staff had a friendly smile and every time I go there their always eager to help!

I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a car. I told them I had my reservations and they assured me that the car is in great shape. Upon arriving and inspecting the car the paint on the trunk was dried out and flaking off and the bumper was out of alignment. I told them this and they came down on the price a bit. When I took the car to get the body issues fixed I was told that there were more issues than what the dealer had described. On top of that, the paint job was shoddy. To get it fixed properly was going to cost way more than the amount that they came off of the price. I called Deery brothers and spoke to Tim, the used car manager and told him the ordeal. He offered no help and basically said good luck. Overall, they did a poor job of representing the car. The car inspection failed to find flaking paint and parts that aren't aligned correctly. Guys were shady and took advantage of a first time young car buyer. Will not be returning again.

Mostly I was very happy with my experience, just one thing bothers me. I was told that my insurance would be lower than my Rouge, turns out it is going to be higher, because it is a 2017 Toyota le. I am on a very limited income and every dollar means a lot. Maybe the salesmen or finance person should just say "they don't know how insurance works". It would have saved me a lot of frustration.

Ivan was the most patient salesman ever! I called him with so many questions and he always answered them honestly and clearly. They were never shady, and got me a great APR on a used car. I came all the way from Chicago, and Ivan was checking in on me the whole way. Totally worth the 3 hour drive! Bringing my boyfriend back in 6 mo to refinance his car.

My first experience with Deery Brothers was Awesome! I went in with $2500 and stated that is all I had. I got into a 1998 Grand Marquis and drove away with tags and all. I still have this car and live it, 5 years later and am keeping it as a backup. Even though it has high mileage on it, it's still my baby. Lol Best investment I've ever made. My 2nd experience with Deer Brothers was Awful!!! My car died 3 days after purchasing it. Because I signed an "As Is" paper, Deer Brothers would not fix it. I am Extremely diappointed with this, and Absolutely will Not recommend this place. But paying $2700 for a car that I was only able to drive for 3 days is bull. I'm sorry, but anyone that buys a car from there might want to take the vehicle to a mechanic before purchasing because You Will get Ripped Off if you don't. Ok, just got off the phone with a mechanic and he stated that the engine needs to be replaces and will cost over $2000, not to mention there are transmission issues that need to be taken care of. Thank you Brad Deery for helping out with this situation. I appreciate that you took the time to speak to bother my brother and myself, and fixed the problem by taking the car back and giving me another car to replace it. Not many people would do that, but you did. It is Greatly appreciated. Hopefully it will be a few years before I see y'all again. Be Blessed and have a Great day.

Needed tires for my car. They were super helpful, listened to what I wanted, found me the best tires I have ever owned at a price that was comparable to what I have been paying for cheap ones. Even my dad was impressed, and he always thinks I screw up on car stuff! When I got there, it was clean, staff were attentive and pleasant. Shuttled me to work with a smile. Work done by the time promised. The car wash and vacuum was the icing on the cake. Very pleased. Will definitely do business with them again! Just had my second experience with this dealership tonight. Worked with salesman Blake Dichraff and could not have been more pleased. He was pleasant, helpful, and gave no pressure at all. I walked away with the car I came for, after test driving three total vehicles. He got me a great interest rate with terms I could live with. Everyone was super nice and made the experience totally worth the trip to West Burlington. Thanks so much! Five stars for a second time!!!

This dealership is an absolute JOKE!! Jacked my dad around about buying a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. He took his Rubicon to trade a couple weeks ago and the salesman low balled him so bad on trade, he was wasting my dad's time. Dad made an offer to write out a check for the Jeep on the spot, but his offer was too low and the sales guy let him walk. He called and called, but felt like no one was putting him high enough on their priority list to take care of him. Promised time and time again that they would get back with him to let him know if the Jeep was still available or not after a few others test drove it. Never got a phone call back! This past Thursday (12/3) I called for my dad to see if the Jeep was still available. I spoke to Ivan and he told me it was being test driven at the time, that he would get back with me to let me know if it sold. Saturday (12/5) night 5:50, I had to call back myself. On Friday (12/4) my dad finally called one last time to see if it was available. He spoke to the salesman, and he told dad a friend of the owner's had test driven it on Wednesday, and he decided not to buy it! Dad told him he wanted it and that he was on his way to come pick it up. Right then. We live about an hour from Burlington. He was on the road for about 25 minutes when the dealership called and said they talked to the friend who drove it on Wednesday and now he changed his mind and decided he wanted the Jeep so they sold it to him instead. Working customer service, you learn to treat others the way you would want to be treated. And the way you make your customer feel is what sticks with him or her. This dealership made my dad feel bothersome and like he wasn't important! He has made a point to make sure he never buys anything from you guys! Ever! You wasted his time and yanked him around over a Jeep he had his heart set on!

I bought a new vehicle from Deery Brothers. I wasn't sure what color I wanted or if I would get a 2014 or 2015. George encouraged me try a silver 2014 Enclave, and although it was nice, the color just didn't light my fire. There are so many white and light-colored Enclaves on the road and I wanted something distinctly different. George found a 2015 Chocolate Metallic Buick Enclave that is gorgeous! It has all of the premium features that I will use...especially the BOSE sound and navigation system. George also programmed in all of my favorite XM radio stations and synced my phone and my husband's phone for Bluetooth. It was a great experience!

I had purchased a Jeep from Deery Brothers in West Burlington on 8/1/2011. The salesman had told me the tred left on the tires were %50. I took my Jeep to a tire dealer and they said i had a lot less than that left on my tires. I called back and spoke to the Shop manager and he didnt want to do anything for me. He said bring the Jeep back to us and we will look at it and let you know if there is anything we can do. I live 1.5 hours away from them so it would be a 3 hour round trip to just see what they will do for me. Another thing they told me that the drivers door lock is loud when you unlock and lock the door. I was fine with that i dont care if it is loud when it locks or unlocks. After i left Deery Brothers we went to get some food. I locked the doors and went inside. when i came out I didnt hit the unlock on the key pad and the door was still unlocked. So I played with it for a little bit and found out that i cant lock my drivers side door with they key pad. I have to hit the lock on the key pad and put my key in the door and lock it that way. I cant even use the lock inside the Jeep to lock it when i try its like its stuck and I will break it if I push to hard. So I had called the dealership back yesterday the 24th of August and spoke with Bradford Deery the owner. Told him what was going on and he was kind of the same way as the shop manager and keep saying it was a as is car. I told him I was mislead about the quality of the tires and was not told that the drivers door didnt lock right. He still said it was a as is sale. Well we had ended the call on that note. About 5-10 mins later i had a missed call. Brad had called me back and said he wanted to make this right and to call him back so we could figure this out. He told me that they will fix the driver door lock and give me 2 new tires at NO COST TO ME! I will continue to do business with this dealership becasue of the way he stepped up to the plate to handle this. Thanks again Brad for doing this for me and not losing a customer for the rest of my young life.
