I bought my car from this dealership several years ago. I bought it as-is as a older used car, so I expected some issues. At first, I was really pissed because within the first year, the power steering pump died AMD the brake lines completely snapped. The brake lines should've been found on the initial inspection. Since then, they've replaced the power steering pump for FREE (well worth the engine protection package) because I get an additive during the oil changes. I do have to drive an hour for each oil change, but I would happily continue doing that for the life of this car if it means the moving parts have an extended warranty. The additive is like $12. To add on to the service departments Stellar warranty option, they get me in and out within an hour which I appreciate. They also do a full inspection and give you the results/ explain things before your oil change is even complete. They suggest recommended fixes but I've literally never felt pressured to get a single thing done on my car, including some things that were pretty urgent. They do not void the warranty if you get work done elsewhere because I'm extremely picky about who works on my vehicle.. the service is expensive so do keep that in mind but the quality of work I think makes up for it. If I had to get another car, I do think I would choose this place again. I'm not sure how thorough their inspections really are with used cars given the condition of mine when I received it, but it was still worth it for me in the end. Finding my car was like a unicorn and Deery Brothers West Burlington was willing to help me get it with insurance money.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Deer Brothers. Beginning with the initial internet experience down to the customer service everything was seamless. They inform you of everything required prior to your purchase so there are no surprises. My sales representative was Zach he was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. This dealership is incredible and the way they treat their customers is second to none. I had a wonderful service experience. I'm honored to purchase my vehicle from. Especially from beginning out-of-state and after dealing with Deer Brothers. Well, thank goodness they made the purchase of my Lincoln a smooth process they delivered it to my front door. Within 48 hours. They understood the words customer service and took it to an exceptional level. Zach answered all of my questions and I had a ton of them since I was not at the dealership so I could not touch or see the car. He sent pictures, he sent videos, and everything I asked he responded, customer service at its finest! Thank you.

We brought our 2018 Nissan Murano in for its first routine checkover since purchasing it new late last fall, and to diagnose and correct an unusual anamoly in the adaptive cruise control we'd discovered on a winter trip to Texas. We expected the routine check to go as planned and were hoping the other issue would at least be understood and eventually fixed. The folks at the Service Department were familiar with the cruise control problem and even had the right replacement part on hand. We're very happy with what we've experienced at Deery Brothers.
