I have gone to the service department now 3 times in the last 3-4 months to get my vehicle fixed. I’ve spent almost 2000 already and now they want another 2200 out of me to fix a problem they said was already fixed. I have no more money, along with the almost 400$ monthly payment. I will be giving them a demand letter if they do not get this fixed. First visit they said it was my battery, second visit it was my starter hitting the flywheel, ECU, and some fuses. Now I don’t believe a word they say.

I was visiting out of town to participate in Ragbrai. I reached out just to see what the possibility was to have my truck serviced while I was gone for the week. No questions asked! Truck was serviced and waiting for me when I returned and to top it off, they let me use their shower facilities to clean up before a 14 hour ride home! Wonderful staff-Highly recommend!
