My first experience with Deery Brothers was Awesome! I went in with $2500 and stated that is all I had. I got into a 1998 Grand Marquis and drove away with tags and all. I still have this car and live it, 5 years later and am keeping it as a backup. Even though it has high mileage on it, it's still my baby. Lol Best investment I've ever made. My 2nd experience with Deer Brothers was Awful!!! My car died 3 days after purchasing it. Because I signed an "As Is" paper, Deer Brothers would not fix it. I am Extremely diappointed with this, and Absolutely will Not recommend this place. But paying $2700 for a car that I was only able to drive for 3 days is bull. I'm sorry, but anyone that buys a car from there might want to take the vehicle to a mechanic before purchasing because You Will get Ripped Off if you don't. Ok, just got off the phone with a mechanic and he stated that the engine needs to be replaces and will cost over $2000, not to mention there are transmission issues that need to be taken care of. Thank you Brad Deery for helping out with this situation. I appreciate that you took the time to speak to bother my brother and myself, and fixed the problem by taking the car back and giving me another car to replace it. Not many people would do that, but you did. It is Greatly appreciated. Hopefully it will be a few years before I see y'all again. Be Blessed and have a Great day.

Yvette, Sorry to hear you are having problems with your car. Unfortunately you are correct when we sell a vehicle that is 17 years old with high mileage we have to offer them "As-Is". We are very clear when selling vehicles like the one you purchased that the vehicle is "As-Is" so there is no confusion. That is why we asked you indicate your understanding of this policy on the form that states "This vehicle is being SOLD As-Is, As-Is, As-Is This vehicle is being SOLD with ALL FAULTS and customer is completely aware of this. Customer declines option to buy mechanical breakdown insurance. All repairs are at the customer's expense. There is absolutely no guarantee or warranty on this vehicle. Customer is 100% at risk for any and all repairs. Also you signed the inspection on the vehicle that we performed and it clearly shows this vehicle had known issues when you purchased it. Your signature is also present on the Federal Trade Commission label stating As-Is No Warranty and the purchase agreement which again clearly states "As-Is". You indicated your understanding of the terms of the sale with your signature on five separate forms. Again we will disclose to the best of our knowledge what issues a vehicle may have and are glad to share that with the customer. Customers are also welcome to have their own inspection performed on vehicles as well. Again sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your 1999 Dodge Intrepid, however, we believe in full disclosure and we unlike other dealerships we would rather a customer decide not to purchase a vehicle we offer "As-Is" than to have expectations of an older vehicle with high mileage not having issues of any kind let alone major issues. While the sales person Craig was very nice I was quite upset with the overall experience. He was aware that I needed a vehicle and was losing money without one. He said he would help to get me approved. He did but not for the vehicle I looked at, not the price range I needed to stay in, higher mileage then the one I looked at, and way more money down then I could afford. My hard line prices and requirements where told to him on first interaction. None of that was listen to. I was basically told this is what you get by finance. All of that could have been avoided with a simple call with options instead of wasting my and my family's time to bring me to the dealership. To top it all off, my private information was laid open on his desk for several hours for anyone in the office to see. No sense of security or care for ones private information. I will not do business of any kind in the future.

We bought a vehicle recently from Deery Brothers and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help us. Once we bought the vehicle they took time to show me how each feature in the vehicle worked. They have followed up after to see if I have questions. They made buying a car from them easy. We will be recommending family and friends for sure. Oh and my daughter loved the free popcorn!!
