Don't buy a used car here. They use the warranty and inspection to make it appear as if they are doing you a good service. I bought my car here... they just don't add to the inspection anything that's wrong that they don't want to take care of.

Gina sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Highlander. Although our technicians do their very best to find any issues a vehicle has during their inspections. It is not always possible to catch everything as some issues may not show up or even exist at the time of the inspection. This is especially true on a 14 year old vehicle with over 166,000 miles on it like the one you purchased. In order for us to offer budget friendly cars such as the one you purchase we offer them "As-Is" We do encourage customers to have their own mechanic inspect a vehicle before making a purchase if they do not feel comfortable with our inspection or with the idea of purchasing a vehicle that would not qualify for any type of extended service agreement. We certainly hope you do not experience any more issues with your Highlander in the future.

I was from St. Louis and drove 218 miles to see Aaron to test drive a toyota used model. So as I was driving up to see him he texted me and said Wendy would be my sales person. She was out side when I got there and called out to me are you Bob. From there on the experience was over the top all the way to finishing the deal through the sales manager and Kyle the finance manager 👍 and then to Wendy who went out of her way to show how to operate this beast of a Sequoia trd pro greatest experience buying a car I ever had and I'm 67 years old. I would like to leave a good review because honestly, the sale went smooth. However, my temp tag has expired and after contacting the dealership, over a week has gone by and still I have no answers. I texted the sales manager with no reply. My sales rep replied back saying the title clerk had left for the day and he'd check on it in the morning. A week went by and nothing so, I messaged my sales rep again. I got a reply saying he'd let me know when he hears something. How long does it take to hear something? The dealership has dropped the ball on this one. Maybe this review will get someone's attention!
