My husband and I went to go check out a Toyota Prius and we got there later than I wanted. They closed at 8 we got there around 720 730. We test drove the car and really liked it. Blake Dichraff( I think that’s right 🤔) was so laid back and so easy going (unlike every other salesman I’ve ever dealt with) even though we were there after 8 that we came back for the car the next day. Very easy, very friendly to deal with. It’s going to be a while before I figure out if it was a good purchase or not but I would definitely come here first for another car purchase just because there was no pressure and Blake was so friendly. And all the extra perks too.

This dealership is the absolute worst. Yes I bought my car from here, but once my service contract was up, they tried to soak me of every penny they could when it came to repairs. I bought the car brand new with an extended warranty. They told me the manifold was not covered and it was to cost me $1500.00 for the repair. I went to another dealership who gladly honored the warranty. Obviously, they do not feel obligated to be loyal to their loyal customers. I made sure to go back and tell them that the dealership in Galesburg was happy to honor my warranty. They had the audacity to accuse them of warranty fraud. If anyone is a fraud... it's Deery's! I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Amanda in service was very good and took care of my problem tire by getting me a new one. Price was not cheap, but tire prices and dealership labor rates are not anywhere I guess
