Give you one price, then comeback and raise the price and claim that it's because the vehicle is available? Not the 1st dealership I've seen adding in an availability fee on a vehicle they have in stock. It's a new scam some of the less reputable dealerships are using ever since the covid shortage. Buyer beware! In response to owner comment... It was my sister who IS from Burlington that you raised the price on. But that's ok. She came to Des Moines to look at a car we sent her a link to, and she bought it up here. She bought the car as advertised, they didn't increase the price like you did.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Dylan Deery and the whole Deery team for helping me get a warranty problem fixed, they treated me like family. And if I or someone in my family needs a vehicle or a vehicle serviced at one of there dealerships I know where to take them.

Did not buy a car strictly because of the financial team member we spoke with was very condescending and belittled me every chance he had.

Although I did not leave with the vehicle I was hoping to purchase, they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the helpful effort to read the OBD2 codes from the minivan for me before I made the trip. Even after the deal ended up not going through, they were still friendly and helpful. The only downside was we were there for just over four hours; our relative we were going to meet that day ended up just meeting us there. It helps they have fresh fruit, doughnuts, and good coffee. It would make sense to do transactions over two visits if you live close by, such as breaking for lunch.
