Horrible experience with the financing, they failed to respond to calls and emails in a timely manner and lisd to me. I believe I was the victim of Bait and Switch and will be forwarding my documentation to the Iowa Attorney Generals office. BUYER BEWARE !

One more thing, Toyota makes one tough vehicle. My purchase was a used Toyota. They offer many other brands.

Only because I cannot give them a zero. If you give a bad review for them, be prepared for them to call you at home to ask you to change your review, even after you explain the problem. I gave the review that I felt reflected my experience with them. Afterwards, I felt pressured to change my review and now my opinion is even lower of them. You might have a good experience though. If you see a car you like there, it may well be worth it.

A big shout out to Wendy for managing my long distance purchase of a super low mileage cream puff of a car. I really appreciated her patience (and that of the dealership) as I worked to secure shipping arrangements. The vehicle is everything she represented it to be, and now I'm the proud owner of what has to be one of the lowest mileage examples in the country. Thanks Wendy! This is the second low mileage vehicle I have purchased from the Deery dealerships, and both experiences have been very satisfying.

I am writing this review regarding Deery Brother and my sales consultant Blake Dichraff. I purchased a used Dodge Durango and everyone from my Internet consultant (Kristina) to Blake was wonderful to work with. I drove over 5 hours to this dealership because they had the exact vehicle I wanted in terms of color and options. The process to get the vehicle purchased and my vehicle traded in was very easy. When I arrived I was offered something to drink and whole process from test drive to leaving the dealership was only 30 minutes. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from them and highly recommend this dealership

Had a heck of a long morning changing break pads that were far past needing to be swapped when i stripped all 4 lug nuts on my tire to start the whole process. After a ton of cussing and spending money on tools I'll probably only use a couple times i finally went to the deery service center where Ron Bennett the service manager gave me a helping hand. Goes to show that not all service centers are out to get every last cent and you shouldn't be afraid to ask for help from a professional, even if you want to do it yourself. You might be surprised. Thank you Ron for your help today

Was thrilled with our experience here at Deery Brothers in West Burlington. Our salesman Craig Beck took him time to show us all the models we were interested in. He also covered the differences between cars. Was patient and answered all our questions. Once we decided which vehicle we wanted the whole process went amazingly quick. Don't buy a used car here. They use the warranty and inspection to make it appear as if they are doing you a good service. I bought my car here... they just don't add to the inspection anything that's wrong that they don't want to take care of.

I never feel like I'm a valued customer when I go there. It always seems like everything is rushed or I'm being pushed to the side. I was explained one thing when I purchased my vehicle but when I come time to service it there's another story. No matter how early I come in for service there's always a excuse on why they can't get me in. They always tell me that I have to make a appointment or come back at a later time. I just stop wasting my time. Today I called in to find out that I had a maintenance warranty and all the time they have been charging me when I was going there. I wouldn't recommend them to Anyone.👎
