Took my car in a few months ago because my check engine light was on. They did the repairs initially requested which I didnt have any issues with, but they had to order a part that was on back order so it took a while to get there. Again, cool, no worries it happens. Well month and a half later they get the part and I go to get it installed, figuring it would be a day max for them to get it in, well when they take off a wheel to access what needs to be accessed, they strip the lugs and have to order a new wheel hub which takes 2 extra days to arrive. Then when I go to pick up my car, there is magically a nail in another tire that I have not had problems with before hand, and they dont want to do the patch because they're "afraid of stripping the lugs on that wheel too" which would be a $580 repair instead of covering their mistake. Oh and at the end of it all, my check engine light is still on and my tire has not lost a bit or air. Thanks guys, appreciate the wasted time

[Updated Review - Changed from 1 star to 3 stars] I am updating my previous 1-star review to 3 stars to be fair to the staff here. I really appreciate their customer service in allowing me to pick up my vehicle even after the service department had already closed for the day. That was very helpful and accommodating. However, there are still a couple of unresolved issues holding this back from a higher rating. First, they were unable to update my VIN in the system. Second, and more importantly, I am currently waiting for them (Jake and the service team) to update my official Repair Order so that the paperwork accurately reflects the diagnosis and the exact issue we discussed and confirmed via text messages. I appreciate the flexibility with the pickup, but getting the official documentation correct is crucial for me right now. I hope to get this resolved soon.

The car runs great thank you. The brake pedal feels a little soft but the car stops. My key wasn’t in perfect condition but it didn’t fall apart in my hand when I start the car when I gave it to you.

Everything was fine but we are having trouble with the car had it in and they changed the battery but that didn't fix the problem I have had to take it locally to have it fixed

I didn't like the way that my GPS on my Truck was changed when I complained to the service writer he sent me up front to find my salesman who was off that day the other salesman that I talked to did come out to the truck and reprogram the radio. The service technician should have returned my truck to me with everything set up as it was when I brought it in.

Tried to buy a suv but they were unwilling to negotiate with me or even counter offer. I made an offer and was basically laughed at, salesman took my offer to someone who makes the decisions and could here them laughing about the offer, came back to the desk and said they were firm on the price, I said OK thank you and left. I drove down the road and purchased a vehicle from one of their competitors. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this place,

Have dealt with Deery Brothers on several occasions and they are a friendly helpful dealership. Will continue to do business with them. Preston the salesman did a good job keeping me informed thru the long wait. I Ordered vechile mid August- recieved it December 23rd. Did not come as purchased, still waiting on mud flaps. Very disappointed in the process of ordering online. if you go on line and purchase a vechile the way you want it, is how it should come in. Or why even have that on the online part. Other than the wait, it has been a good experience.

Took some cars in for service and never got an update on what’s going on. I was just expecting a phone call to tell me how things are going if they brought it in or not what’s wrong, but they never call. I’ve had to call after a couple days just to know what’s going on. I haven’t been to many shops but I’m 100% sure they actually communicate with customers at any given point. Not saying the experience was bad just supper aggravating that they can’t call back when they say they will.

They are holding our vehicle that was fixed due to the motor seizing because my girlfriend was held at gunpoint in the rental we had so they had to come get it from the tow company. Never offered us the rental back to clean up or anything. When they thought our insurance was going to pay for it they was charging us $10,000...after finding out the insurance wasn't in effect and asking for a list of damages and why it was so much they let us know they was going to charge us $2600. Until we pay that all at once they are holding our only vehicle and I can barely make it to work. Tried to pay half down and make a payment weekly but they refuse to work with us. So we are paying for a car we can't even drive!!!!!

This would be a 1-2 star However, the cars sales man was decent and the younger financial rep was very pleasant, informative, and laid out all of our options clearly. I don’t remember his name but had an accent he was just great. He’d get 5 stars if it was just about him. We bought 2019 Silverado. We drove 2.5 hours to look at this truck. Truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas. We asked if they could fill it or at least put enough gas in it to get us home. They stated that they only do that for new vehicles and not used. The price tag on that truck was more than some of the new vehicles on that lot. Also, the miles on the listing was way less then when we showed up like a 7k mile difference. That shoulda have been the first red flag for us to just walk. We ended up buying the truck. Less than 30 days post purchase the oil needed changed and 45 days post purchase the engine air filter needed changed. I don’t put many miles on this vehicle it’s to work 10 miles away and back. Sensors don’t work either on the vehicle but that’s on me for not checking it out more thoroughly. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. They knew how far we had traveled my car was 1/2 tank or more. And then to refuse to even match what was in my tank or fill it just enough to get us home was very disappointing. I feel like a tank of gas is a very common practice for dealerships never not had a dealership give me a full tank until I went to this one.

I was happy with the price I got for having 5 tires unmounted and having 4 new tires mounted and balanced , but the time frame they gave me of a couple hours turned into 4 1/2 hours. Had I have known it was going to be that long I would have had someone give me a ride home and they could call me when done.
