Sales people are knowledgeable and not over pressuring. Could be more flexible on prices, but then what dealership shouldn't. Selection of used vehicles could be better. Would go back.

Needed new transmission. I was told the amount and asked for an itemized invoice. I was told this is all he had. I felt it was high and sounded shady to not beable to get me an itemized quote. So I went to another dealer and they broke everything down for me. And they were 3,000 dollars cheaper. Won't be going back to this place.

Good but very expensive compared to other Dealership that I dealt with prior to move to West Burlington, Iowa. My extended warranty cannot cover my regular services (oil and tire rotation) it used to. What's funny, we don't have any other places nearby 🤣🤣🤣

This dealership is exorbitantly priced and the service manager is rude. Getting a battery replaced was nearly $500. The diagnostic check, which probably took 10-15 minutes, cost $160 alone. When I called the service manager to inquire how it could cost so much, the conversation ended when he told me he didn’t care if we ever brought our car back there and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional.

This is how they do there business they pay their Workers to sit on their phone and go through Facebook and deliberately lowball people saying they have to spend two grain to clean it so that’s all they can spend yeah why don’t you go take a gander and see what they list these cars for and then when you get your title after making your payment or better yet run the VIN see where the car came from and see how much they really paid for it. I would never recommend this. Place

As a former auto dealer myself, I only patronize dealers who do not overcharge (Toyota tax) with forced add-ons or fees. It’s rare in today’s (sellers) market. Why? Because they can. I’m happy to report that Deery Brothers makes the cut. Steve Donald was a pleasure to work with and the entire RAV4 transaction was quick, easy and transparent. Appreciate Steve staying past close on a Friday eve and not rushing any of the process. We also met the owner who was busily working / leading by example at a dealership who values customer relationships. Old school values that are appreciated and will ensure their success in the future.

The dealership did a diagnostic of my brake system I told them to replace the brakes the said that they just needed lube to stop the squeaking a weeks later the squeaking came back after already paying them 500 they asked for an additional 670 to replace the brakes that I had already asked for all in all I will no longer be receiving services from you guys very disappointed in the way I was treated

Attempted to cash in my KBB offer. I entered in all damage to KBB and so that was factored into my offer. I was contacted about my offer and asked to come in. I even explained that I’ve attempted to use this at other dealerships who offered me less than KBB cash offer quoted me at and their reasoning were damages that had been entered and calculated in KBB. I was assured that shouldn’t be the case. When I got there I got another lowball offer just like I did at the other dealerships and again using the same damage that was entered in KBB as their reasoning. I would understand if it was a surprise damage or something not disclosed, but to offer something lower and then say it’s due to damage that I disclosed in KBB already should get your right to KBB consumer information revoked.

Closest dealer in my area. Nice facility, but they charge outrageous prices for EVERYTHING. At least in parts and service especially. Long way from home for us, but had to get recall work done. Multiple trips, super inconvenient. There for multiple hrs and wouldn't let us use a car, had to sit. Ugh

Give you one price, then comeback and raise the price and claim that it's because the vehicle is available? Not the 1st dealership I've seen adding in an availability fee on a vehicle they have in stock. It's a new scam some of the less reputable dealerships are using ever since the covid shortage. Buyer beware! In response to owner comment... It was my sister who IS from Burlington that you raised the price on. But that's ok. She came to Des Moines to look at a car we sent her a link to, and she bought it up here. She bought the car as advertised, they didn't increase the price like you did.

Ripoff fees and repair prices! These scammers charged me $160 to read a code as a diagnostic fee. Their repair estimate was $350 higher than two other repair shops in town and the Derry repair tech quoted me a higher price for one repair if I was not doing other unrelated service as well. Since google does not let me respond, I will add a reply here. Regarding your response that I “signed” for the diagnostic and misc fees you added, it’s a lie. I never signed for anything before the service because I dropped off the keys in the overnight box the night before. I didn’t fill out any repair paperwork because the drop box had no paperwork or even a pen, I had to write my info on a scrap piece of paper. I didn’t physically come in until picking up and paying for your rip off, unapproved fees…after I declined your ridiculously high repair costs. Even paying your almost $300 bill for just getting a $70 oil change done, I still came out ahead by GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE, so no…I don’t think anything you offer is a value, you are a dishonest and overpriced repair facility.

I was happy with the price I got for having 5 tires unmounted and having 4 new tires mounted and balanced , but the time frame they gave me of a couple hours turned into 4 1/2 hours. Had I have known it was going to be that long I would have had someone give me a ride home and they could call me when done.

I feel like there is a lot of communication break down with this company. I called to double check my appointment time, come to find out the lady never put me down. Also the prices vary depending on the person you talk to. However, one thing is for sure it's always over priced. It's cheaper for me to drive 2 hrs back home to have my car worked on.

Had to have a car towed for warranty work that they done twice before and did not fix. The tow company said it would be a 100 dollars and derry brothers charged me a 148 dollars. Then they are supposed to wash and vacuum your car and didn't. One star shop

My son is a student at U of Iowa and a tire blew on our 12 yo van a few days before break. We had the car towed to Deery. Josh, in service, evaluated the problem (a bent rim), ordered a used rim (no new are made anymore) and had it repaired within a day. Not only were we happy with their prompt service, but we were very happy that the bill was reasonable. Thanks Josh and Deery GM.
