Give you one price, then comeback and raise the price and claim that it's because the vehicle is available? Not the 1st dealership I've seen adding in an availability fee on a vehicle they have in stock. It's a new scam some of the less reputable dealerships are using ever since the covid shortage. Buyer beware! In response to owner comment... It was my sister who IS from Burlington that you raised the price on. But that's ok. She came to Des Moines to look at a car we sent her a link to, and she bought it up here. She bought the car as advertised, they didn't increase the price like you did.

Larry we apologize we did not explain the current market values when you contacted us. For our local and repeat customers we are absolutely working with them on pricing. We discovered early on when the supply of vehicles was really tight that out of the area customers were purchasing vehicles from us at the manufacturer's suggested retail price and taking them out of the area and selling them for much more the the suggest retail price due to the limited availability. We decided we needed to adjust our pricing to current market conditions. Larry, if you are a West Burlington area resident we certainly work with you regarding the price, however, if you are not in our area we suggest you shop at your local dealership.

Jake, thank you. You and your Tech showed great integrity by telling me our spark plugs were fine and no need to be changed. When I got home I got the bill out from Firestone last Winter and see the plugs were changed when all 4 ignition coils were changed in December 2023 in Boulder City, NV. Thank you Jake and please pass my feelings along to the Tech. And your Manager as well. Rod White

I contacted Deery after I found a used vehicle online that I was interested in. Ivan answered my initial call, answered my questions, and had the car pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived. He was very helpful and patient with my remaining questions and concerns. I've only had the car for a week at this point, but so far I am very pleased with it.

Had to return because driver’s air bag was off. Also, when we exited vehicle, all the interior lights stayed on and didn’t turn back off.

I was slightly disappointed because on my previous visit I had asked a question and I was told they would get back to me but no one did. I reminded them I never received an answer they said sorry it was denied by Toyota. Except I had bought the interior package and she said no you bought the exterior then went back and said yes you did get the interior package. Just was disappointed as I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Was told I need a new interior air filter, which I bought. The paper I was given stated all these items that should be done totally 700. But none of this was discussed and why wouldn’t it be covered?
