Overall a poor experience with the service department. 97 dollars for an oil change to find out an AC Delco filter was installed on a Toyota. When you go to a dealership and pay a premium they should go OEM filters. I did notice it instantly and went and had a discussion with the parts manager. Yes it’s compatible with my engine, but the problem is there was no communication between me and the dealer regarding the fact an oem filter wouldn’t be used till after. Won’t be coming back.

I had big goals when I walked into Deery Brothers and I didn’t think I would reach them. They worked hard to bring my trade in and the vehicle I was buying to an amount that worked with my goals and budget! A little update: just as an FYI, I’m very pleased with my vehicle. When they say your vehicle is certified, and all maintenance is up to date, it just means that they changed the oil (and maybe the tires). I’ve had my vehicle for less than 2,000 miles, and I already need to change my transmission fluid. Kinda bummed about that, but it is what it is. Just updating this for full transparency.

The service department arranged to get our Highlander battery changed and the system checked the same day we had the problem. The regular appointment was over 2 weeks away. Time was imperative because we were from Missouri.
