Great experience! Got a fantastic vehicle at well below MSRP, while getting KBB value for my trade. I traveled from out of state but they were able to do much of the paperwork before hand and didn't try to undercut my trade value once they had me in the store. Fast communication, no pushy salesman or finance department, no forced add ons or protection packages, etc. Would definitely use again.

We made the appointment for Saturday morning. Got there 10 minutes before the appointment they pulled the car in the service tire rotation was quick. They even brought our air filters in to show us that they did not need to be replaced and told us that the brakes we’re gonna need replaced on the front, but they still wasn’t down to what they recommend yet pay your bill and out the door all within about an hour

Another difficult time with Deery and the last experience I will have. I bought my vehicle from them and when I first had engine problems 2 months ago, I brought it to them to fix. Paid them over $1000 for the repairs. The engine stopped working again and after 10 days at their shop they concluded the engine was blown and needed to be replaced but weren't sure why nor stand behind the previous warranty. They couldn't communicate an estimated completion date on either service and wouldn't offer any rental car options either. I decided to transfer to another shop and will not be returning.

Isaiah was very friendly and helpful. This could have been a 5 star had the ‘paperwork’ not taken over 1.5 hours and my car had a full tank of gas instead of half. I had to stop for gas in order to make it home. Overall I would recommend Isaiah and Deery Brothers for your car buying experience.

I took our 2015 Nissan Rogue in for a recall service. Place is very clean, personal are friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area was very nice, clean, with refreshments. They did an inspection of the vehicle, which I didn’t even ask for, at no charge. The ole gal came back with a good bill of health other than some fluid changes they recommended. Well at 142k miles I’d have to agree that some fluids need to be flushed and refilled. I would definitely recommend Deery Brothers of West Burlington to anyone.

WARNING: make sure to check your tires, breaks and things that are harder to get to. The back 2 tires were in the yellow and needed changed out, while getting tires changed my repair guy found that ALL 4 of the INNER brakes were so worn out that 2 of them were ruining the rotors. I have been warned by my guy(not Deery Brothers) this is not drivable until the work is done. I’m not even a month into owning this and I have not even made my first payment on this… Derry Brothers advised I drive 3 hours to have them do an investigation. They will not accept pictures from my service guy or his inspection. I can’t not believe that Deery Brothers would allow anyone to drive off their lot with that condition of a vehicle. Craig was very polite and still treated me with the care he treated the other customer that he was working with… Even with the fact that I financed by myself. He made sure that I liked the vehicle, he got me set up with the app that goes to my car and followed up on the following days to make sure nothing came up! Side note: The dealership was clean, and all the staff were smiles and friendly.

I called about a car they had advertised. The sales manager referred me to one of his sales man, Steve. I had some questions about equipment on the car over the phone. Steve went to insure the vehicle was there and was what I was looking for. We arranged a time to meet and look at the car. Steve had the car ready and we test drove it and they looked at my trade. We rapidly made a deal on the car and met Brandon the sales manager. I purchased an extended warranty, financed the car and departed the dealership 4 hrs later. Very pleasant experience.

I would like to leave a good review because honestly, the sale went smooth. However, my temp tag has expired and after contacting the dealership, over a week has gone by and still I have no answers. I texted the sales manager with no reply. My sales rep replied back saying the title clerk had left for the day and he'd check on it in the morning. A week went by and nothing so, I messaged my sales rep again. I got a reply saying he'd let me know when he hears something. How long does it take to hear something? The dealership has dropped the ball on this one. Maybe this review will get someone's attention!

Found a great 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid on CarGuru, called and they verified it was on the lot so we made the drive to Iowa. Car was in great shape, priced as advertised and Ivan made the whole process painless. Waited about a month to review just to make sure there were no surprises. The car is great, the experience was great. 5 stars definitely recommend Deery Brothers and ask for Ivan he was a fantastic salesman, not pushy and very up front.

Jake, thank you. You and your Tech showed great integrity by telling me our spark plugs were fine and no need to be changed. When I got home I got the bill out from Firestone last Winter and see the plugs were changed when all 4 ignition coils were changed in December 2023 in Boulder City, NV. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful especially in the service department, we are not from the area and instead of having to wait in the lobby they drove us over to shopping and picked us up when the car is ready! Giving us a great tour of the beautiful Mississippi River and the town of Burlington. Never thought I’d look forward to getting my car inspected!
