The service department manager for Mazda was great! Very friendly and nice. The service and recall work was quicker than I expected which was great! The guest lounge is very clean and accommodating. The checkout gal was super kind and sweet too! Overall great service.

Only reason I'm giving them one star is to give a review and you have to a least give one star to give a review. I hate doing business with them. They're not friendly and do not do anything to accommodate you. I bought a dodge Durango with a warranty, the tail lamp went out a couple months later. They tell me it isn't covered under the warranty so I had to pay 1,500 to get it fixed. My car also came with free oil changes for 2 years, I can never get in on a walk in. Even if I bring it in early in the morning. They say they do walk ins but they are never prepared to do walk ins to service a vehicle. I just really hate I gave them any business. I should have just stuck with shottenkirk. To me I feel like they don't do anything to satisfy the customer. Then again there's a lot of racism in this town so that might play apart too.

not very happy. was lied to about nitrogen for the tires on my 2500. at the first oil change I let them do. 3 changes in and find out they are just putting air in when they do the tire rotation not nitrogen like it's supposed to be.
