Purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback that was brought in on a trade in. It was the best vehicle purchase I had ever experienced!! Mark Simmons and Britta Baker were the best! They are not your typical pushy car salesman (woman) - they are honest and to the point - with a little humor to help ease the stress. The financial office was great too ... they go over every line, every charge, and they are honest all along the way. I drove 142 miles (over 2 1/2 hours) for my vehicle and it was worth every mile!! If you are in the market for a new vehicle - go see Deery!!

We road tripped 2 hours on a Saturday morning, after finding a few camaro convertibles online. We were met by Steve Donald, who gave us specs on every camaro they had on the lot. He was thourough, not pushy, asked questions, listened, and got us in a test drive within 20 minutes. Finance was a breeze. He took the time to call a lender and ask him to knock off a few months of the term. Saving us $2500. AWESOME! Straight forward dealer.

My husband and I went to go check out a Toyota Prius and we got there later than I wanted. They closed at 8 we got there around 720 730. We test drove the car and really liked it. Blake Dichraff( I think that’s right 🤔) was so laid back and so easy going (unlike every other salesman I’ve ever dealt with) even though we were there after 8 that we came back for the car the next day. Very easy, very friendly to deal with. It’s going to be a while before I figure out if it was a good purchase or not but I would definitely come here first for another car purchase just because there was no pressure and Blake was so friendly. And all the extra perks too.

We did not purchase a vehicle here but stopped to look at several trucks as we are thinking of making a purchase. They have tons of vehicles to offer at good prices. The service was very friendly and not overbearing like some car dealership sales people are. I wish the prices would be posted in the window like other placed as that is very helpful when looking for a used vehicle between a certain price. The lot was easy to access and organized by vehicles and new/used models. We will definitely be going back to look again.

Jeremy was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable throughout the process of purchasing our vehicle. Jeremy also told us that if we had any questions to come back and see him. I had a few questions about the technology app's that can be linked to the vehicle, so I went back to see him. Mostly I was very happy with my experience, just one thing bothers me. I was told that my insurance would be lower than my Rouge, turns out it is going to be higher, because it is a 2017 Toyota le. I am on a very limited income and every dollar means a lot. Maybe the salesmen or finance person should just say "they don't know how insurance works". It would have saved me a lot of frustration.

Deery Brothers did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning this car - even the engine compartment was spotless. Needed tires for my car. They were super helpful, listened to what I wanted, found me the best tires I have ever owned at a price that was comparable to what I have been paying for cheap ones. Even my dad was impressed, and he always thinks I screw up on car stuff! When I got there, it was clean, staff were attentive and pleasant. Shuttled me to work with a smile. Work done by the time promised. The car wash and vacuum was the icing on the cake. Very pleased. Will definitely do business with them again! Just had my second experience with this dealership tonight. Worked with salesman Blake Dichraff and could not have been more pleased. He was pleasant, helpful, and gave no pressure at all. I walked away with the car I came for, after test driving three total vehicles. He got me a great interest rate with terms I could live with. Everyone was super nice and made the experience totally worth the trip to West Burlington. Thanks so much! Five stars for a second time!!!

My son is a student at U of Iowa and a tire blew on our 12 yo van a few days before break. We had the car towed to Deery. Josh, in service, evaluated the problem (a bent rim), ordered a used rim (no new are made anymore) and had it repaired within a day. Not only were we happy with their prompt service, but we were very happy that the bill was reasonable. Thanks Josh and Deery GM.

I bought a new vehicle from Deery Brothers. I wasn't sure what color I wanted or if I would get a 2014 or 2015. George encouraged me try a silver 2014 Enclave, and although it was nice, the color just didn't light my fire. There are so many white and light-colored Enclaves on the road and I wanted something distinctly different. George found a 2015 Chocolate Metallic Buick Enclave that is gorgeous! It has all of the premium features that I will use...especially the BOSE sound and navigation system. George also programmed in all of my favorite XM radio stations and synced my phone and my husband's phone for Bluetooth. It was a great experience!

I had purchased a Jeep from Deery Brothers in West Burlington on 8/1/2011. The salesman had told me the tred left on the tires were %50. I took my Jeep to a tire dealer and they said i had a lot less than that left on my tires. I called back and spoke to the Shop manager and he didnt want to do anything for me. He said bring the Jeep back to us and we will look at it and let you know if there is anything we can do. I live 1.5 hours away from them so it would be a 3 hour round trip to just see what they will do for me. Another thing they told me that the drivers door lock is loud when you unlock and lock the door. I was fine with that i dont care if it is loud when it locks or unlocks. After i left Deery Brothers we went to get some food. I locked the doors and went inside. when i came out I didnt hit the unlock on the key pad and the door was still unlocked. So I played with it for a little bit and found out that i cant lock my drivers side door with they key pad. I have to hit the lock on the key pad and put my key in the door and lock it that way. I cant even use the lock inside the Jeep to lock it when i try its like its stuck and I will break it if I push to hard. So I had called the dealership back yesterday the 24th of August and spoke with Bradford Deery the owner. Told him what was going on and he was kind of the same way as the shop manager and keep saying it was a as is car. I told him I was mislead about the quality of the tires and was not told that the drivers door didnt lock right. He still said it was a as is sale. Well we had ended the call on that note. About 5-10 mins later i had a missed call. Brad had called me back and said he wanted to make this right and to call him back so we could figure this out. He told me that they will fix the driver door lock and give me 2 new tires at NO COST TO ME! I will continue to do business with this dealership becasue of the way he stepped up to the plate to handle this. Thanks again Brad for doing this for me and not losing a customer for the rest of my young life.
