Everything went well when I went in to trade cars. I had talked to Wendy the day before and she had everything ready. She is very good at what she does. She is polite and just persuasive enough to help you make up your mind, but not enough to make you uncomfortable. The financing went well, also. If I had a question about something, it was explained to me so that I could understand it. The entire experience was a good one and I appreciate that a lot.
