First time at Deery Brothers for my Mazda servicing. There was an issue going on with my car and Jim was so helpful as well as everyone who worked on my car. He went above and beyond for me! Previous mechanic shops have been dishonest and difficult to work with. Definitely will be back for maintenance.

I’m not sure who the gentleman was in finance that I worked with but he was super fantastic as well. The whole transaction from start to finish was great. Also, I love my new Tacoma. They kept me informed through text about the status of my vehicle repair and everyone that I talked to there was very nice and courteous. I found our vehicle through Cars.com, started discussing things on Thursday evening and were able to drive away hassle free on Saturday. Dealt with Scott, Jake, and Rayne due to starting online and finishing in store, and they were all very nice and accommodating. The only thing that would have made it better would be the old school complementary full tank of gas.

This is our 4th vehicle from Derry Brothers in Burlington Iowa. Wendy Miller was our sales associate and she has sold us 3 of these cars. (She wasn't employed here for our 1 st Nissan) My husband only buys Nissan and he always drives the 30 miles to this dealership. When we arrived to look at Nissan's, Wendy was very busy and was already helping 2 other customers. She was happy to see us and she told us to go outside and look and she would come out as soon as she could. Wendy came out on the lot and she saw the Nissan Kicks that we were looking at and she went in and got them ready to be test driven. Wendy let us test drive and we found the perfect car! She helped us through the process, as she always does, step by step. We were happy that everything went smoothly, but it always does with Wendy. We will recommend her and Deery Brothers to our family and friends, as she is so personal and like a friend to us. We laughed and enjoyed our time with Wendy. Thank you Deery Brothers for Wendy!
