Avoid. $470 to replace the battery in a 23 Nissan Altima. ~$225 foot the battery, $40 to install it, $30 in “shop fees”, and $160 to diagnose that it needed a new battery. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Just an awful place to get your car fixed. Customer service is the worst. Edit: My car was serviced there. When I bought my car at Deery, there was a slow leak in the tires, which I was told would be fixed for free. I scheduled an appointment to have it worked on, but when I got there, the service manager said I would have to pay for it. Which I refused to do. So I waited for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon for someone to tell this guy this was agreed upon as a condition of buying my car. Of course then it was too late to fix it, so I had to reschedule another appointment for the next Saturday. Edit 2: It was definitely Deery West Burlington. This occurred in January 2017. Also, while I was waiting in line, several people ahead of me brought their car in for warranty work, only to be denied because of some technicality. Except for one guy, who was told that they just weren't going to honor his warranty. It seemed like the only job of the service manager was to deny people legitimate warranty service. And he seemed to enjoy it.

For the last three years, I’ve been going every 5000 miles and getting my oil, filter and tires rotated. They’ve been prompt and professional. I will be moving and I’ll be sad when I won’t be able to bring it in to have it serviced. They have done well over the last 43,000 miles on my car.

Had a flat tire on auto this morning when went out to garage to go to work called Amanda at Derry Bros at around 11:00 had an opening at 4:00 told her to put me down and I filled tire with air and went to work it was a slow leak but by time I got there it was down again they fixed it had a nail in it from last night’s storm remember running over a board on highway. My wife took her vehicle in for an oil change and they perform other checks of the vehicle while they have it in the shop. When my wife got home she noticed a small plastic piece laying in the floorboard. She asked me what it was. It was the cover to the cabin filter behind the glove box. The tech didn't complete his work of putting everything back together after performing the check.

This dealership is exorbitantly priced and the service manager is rude. Getting a battery replaced was nearly $500. The diagnostic check, which probably took 10-15 minutes, cost $160 alone. When I called the service manager to inquire how it could cost so much, the conversation ended when he told me he didn’t care if we ever brought our car back there and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional.

Overall a poor experience with the service department. 97 dollars for an oil change to find out an AC Delco filter was installed on a Toyota. When you go to a dealership and pay a premium they should go OEM filters. I did notice it instantly and went and had a discussion with the parts manager. Yes it’s compatible with my engine, but the problem is there was no communication between me and the dealer regarding the fact an oem filter wouldn’t be used till after. Won’t be coming back.

The most horrible experience ever in car repair. I went to purchase a tire to match a tire that was replaced from an accident. I’m new to the community and the dealership, and apparently it came with a complementary car wash after the service, however, my car had just been painted due to an accident. When I ask them if they washed my car, they told me it was my fault because I should’ve asked them if they washed the car. I had already told the clerk that I had just had the car repaired From the accident, that’s why I was there getting a tire.I would’ve thought she would’ve asked about a paint job. I’m just upset because three grown men stood there and told me it was all my fault.

They were supposed to change the oil at our 5,000 mile, but did not, they only rotated tires. We also had a charger cord that was in the dash stolen! I would not recommend!

As mentioned on our phone visit Toyota recommends a tire rotation every 5,000 miles and an oil change every 10,000 miles as they require a synthetic oil which retains it's viscosity longer, is better for the environment and makes your vehicle more efficient. Regarding your phone charger if it is not in the glove box as we discussed please email us the receipt for a new charging cord and we will reimburse you. The girl on the phone who scheduled my appointment was awesome and very helpful. I was there to have an oil change and tire rotation. And I also asked about my back up sensors that aren’t working. They forgot to check those. And after I got home, I realize that there was about 10 different places where there was black grease on the side of my vehicle. And of course the car wash was broken as it is every time I go. They also tried to upsell me a $60 filter that was not necessary. If they would’ve just turned it upside down and knocked a few bugs out it would’ve been fine. Which is what we did when I got home.

We made the appointment for Saturday morning. Got there 10 minutes before the appointment they pulled the car in the service tire rotation was quick. They even brought our air filters in to show us that they did not need to be replaced and told us that the brakes we’re gonna need replaced on the front, but they still wasn’t down to what they recommend yet pay your bill and out the door all within about an hour

I was in a time crunch and they made sure to take care of my oil change and car wash quickly, yet accomplish everything needing done. I was contacted by Deery Brothers for warranty work / inspection. On the day of service, I asked to also have the oil and tires rotated and they accommodated my request easily. The work was done quickly (<1hr) and when I collected my vehicle it had been washed and the interior vacuumed. Wow. Friendly, professional service - you don't get that at very many places anymore. I was told that the tires were rotated during service. However, they were not. The front driver tire was low by 6lbs, and it was still low after my appointment. I thought maybe the tech just forgot to do a TPMS relearn when he finished, but this morning when i aired my tires, the front tire was still 6lbs low. I dont appreciate being told something was done when it clearly wasnt.

Was not happy with service. When I called to make appointment I was told oil change was 60 tire rotation was 10 but when I checked out my bill was 100. Then when I pulled out into the road I heard a terrible rattle. I came right back to tell the guys that had checked me in and checked me out about it. One kept saying well I don't hear anything and I started to feel like he was implying that it was only in my mind, finally the other one finally heard it and found the crossbar that was loosened to undo the nut to change oil was not tightened back up. But I do appreciate the one guy who did listen.

I was happy with the price I got for having 5 tires unmounted and having 4 new tires mounted and balanced , but the time frame they gave me of a couple hours turned into 4 1/2 hours. Had I have known it was going to be that long I would have had someone give me a ride home and they could call me when done.

Well I waited 1 1/2 weeks for my appt. To be told I didn't have one. They changed my tires but didn't change my oil. All to tell me I'd have to wait another week and a half for my oil change. I've never been so disappointed in my service there until today. Guess I'll have to check a jiffy lube out.

Needed tires for my car. They were super helpful, listened to what I wanted, found me the best tires I have ever owned at a price that was comparable to what I have been paying for cheap ones. Even my dad was impressed, and he always thinks I screw up on car stuff! When I got there, it was clean, staff were attentive and pleasant. Shuttled me to work with a smile. Work done by the time promised. The car wash and vacuum was the icing on the cake. Very pleased. Will definitely do business with them again! Just had my second experience with this dealership tonight. Worked with salesman Blake Dichraff and could not have been more pleased. He was pleasant, helpful, and gave no pressure at all. I walked away with the car I came for, after test driving three total vehicles. He got me a great interest rate with terms I could live with. Everyone was super nice and made the experience totally worth the trip to West Burlington. Thanks so much! Five stars for a second time!!!
