Just an awful place to get your car fixed. Customer service is the worst. Edit: My car was serviced there. When I bought my car at Deery, there was a slow leak in the tires, which I was told would be fixed for free. I scheduled an appointment to have it worked on, but when I got there, the service manager said I would have to pay for it. Which I refused to do. So I waited for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon for someone to tell this guy this was agreed upon as a condition of buying my car. Of course then it was too late to fix it, so I had to reschedule another appointment for the next Saturday. Edit 2: It was definitely Deery West Burlington. This occurred in January 2017. Also, while I was waiting in line, several people ahead of me brought their car in for warranty work, only to be denied because of some technicality. Except for one guy, who was told that they just weren't going to honor his warranty. It seemed like the only job of the service manager was to deny people legitimate warranty service. And he seemed to enjoy it.

I was totally pleased with the vehicle they had to show us.It met our expections and beyond them.They bent over backwards to make sure our experience was a total 5 and more.They were courteous, thoughtful,helpful, and with their suggestions helped us save money.Be sure to ask for their extended warranty plan that includes the gap feature.If you have an accident and your car is totaled the gap feature will pay off the rest of the loan you have on your car plus the service is honored thruout the nation and will pay for what issues you have with your vehicle( if I understand correctly)The man you want to speak to is Kevin Mehaffy.He is awesome honest and will hook you up with whatever you need.All of the salespeople were awesome and the head honcho of the Deery Brothers car dealership even graced us with his presence to ensure we were properly taken care of and was sooo down to earth.I would recommend Deery Brothers car dealership anytime to anybody!!!

They did terrible. didn't get the problem resolved I took a vacation day to get it repaired because he said they needed time was there about 3 hours and was told they thought they had the issue fixed. Said that if it did it again to call back it was probably a module that they needed to change. Well the same code came back up again Saturday so I called him up I believe he is the service manager Jake told him that I can't be dropped off by your courtesy van because of where I work that he needs to work with me this time I get off work at 4pm and said I could be there by 4:15 he said they couldn't get it done in that amount of time that it would take multiple days but got me in touch with the lady that schedules the appointments I ask her to schedule me multiple appointments in a row and if they got the issue resolved I could cancel the rest of them and he told her not to do that for me and she had already refused to do that for me thats why I had her contact him again truck is a 2024 and still under warranty so I personally think his and her attitude is terrible if problem not resolved soon I will get a hold of the manufacturer and see what they think about the situation.

Took it in for warranty work and the charged me $170 further reloading the software it was suppose to already have. They already lost chance of me ever purchasing a vehicle there now the service work will Never be handled again! They got the second star by the employees that handled everything.

I wanted to apologize we must not have done a good job explaining that dealerships do not charge customers for manufacturer warranty work. We charge the manufacturer. If your vehicle repair is not covered by the vehicle manufacturer warranty the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair. If you feel the repair should be covered by the manufacturer warranty you will need to contact the manufacturer as the dealership is not the warranting party unless specifically spelled out in the terms of sale. It appears you did not purchase your vehicle from Deery Brothers of West Burlington. If the party you purchased your vehicle from provided a warranty to you for your vehicle we suggest you contact that party. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Go on a 90 mile round trip to get a recall fix via an appointment that they requested I make only to learn that the recall part has to be ordered. Means another trip. Stupid dealership. Should have had the part or called me ahead of time to tell me they were out of the part. This is one reason I normally don't deal with this over priced joke of a place.

I took our 2015 Nissan Rogue in for a recall service. Place is very clean, personal are friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area was very nice, clean, with refreshments. They did an inspection of the vehicle, which I didn’t even ask for, at no charge. The ole gal came back with a good bill of health other than some fluid changes they recommended. Well at 142k miles I’d have to agree that some fluids need to be flushed and refilled. I would definitely recommend Deery Brothers of West Burlington to anyone.

We’re from NW Indiana, visiting family in Danville. Ready to return home but car wouldn’t start. Called Deery Brothers, had car towed there, service department was able to check it out very quickly and fixed the problem. It was merely a bad battery but they honored the warranty, washed our car and got us on the road.

Sticks on Stilts

Took my 2006 Pontiac Solstice to Deery in Burlington recently for a recall notice. It was a scheduled appointment. It did take quite a bit longer than what the scheduler had told me the day I called for the appointment but I'm happy to have this taken care of now. I did feel they should have told me at the start of the appointment that it would take almost twice as long as the scheduler had stated. But.... I also did not ask. I did text after maybe 3.5 hours to ask how much longer it would be and they replied with 1-2 more hours. That possibly was because I asked them to diagnose why the heater doesn't blow hot air. We ended up cancelling that diagnosis and was not charged for that. I would appoint there again or may try a more local place to me

After recall issue was resolved left dealership and drove to my barber for hair cut. After haircut truck would sort of try to start. Called my mechanic and explained issue. He suggested that Deery mechanic had not tightened battery cable properly after reattached it. Borrowed pliers from barber and was able to tighten cable enough to start truck. I was talking with TIM HEINIGER when truck finally barely started. Drove home unattached battery cables, cleaned them and posts, reattached cables properly and securely. Truck starts perfectly now. Maybe a fluke issue but real PIA.. Good thing it wasn't my wife.

Closest dealer in my area. Nice facility, but they charge outrageous prices for EVERYTHING. At least in parts and service especially. Long way from home for us, but had to get recall work done. Multiple trips, super inconvenient. There for multiple hrs and wouldn't let us use a car, had to sit. Ugh

Purchased my vehicle in January. Part of the agreement was to have warranty work done. It took us having to call multiple times to finally get it fixed, 6 months later. Got the run-around from our sales guy the whole time. Left my vehicle for a week to have work done after being told that would work with timing & the part wasn’t even there or ordered. Vehicle was at dealership for 2 weeks before finally getting fixed.

I had some "Nissan recall" work done on my 2020 Frontier that was going to take 5 hours. I live 70 miles away(Deery Brothers is closest authorized repair shop). Amanda in the shop was terrific. She was concerned about me and wanted to make sure I knew how long it was going to take. She communicated with me on a regular basis and made sure the expectations were clear. Overall, it was the best service experience I have ever had at a dealership.

I was contacted by Deery Brothers for warranty work / inspection. On the day of service, I asked to also have the oil and tires rotated and they accommodated my request easily. The work was done quickly (<1hr) and when I collected my vehicle it had been washed and the interior vacuumed. Wow. Friendly, professional service - you don't get that at very many places anymore. So far they have been GREAT at getting out car in for the recalls as they pop up. They do great work and make sure to let us know if anything else is wearing out as well! Kind and considerate. Highly recommend for service, but have never purchased a car from them so I can't say much on that end.

Very disappointed. Had four recalls live over an hour away. Was told would take 4 hours to do work. Was asked to be there at 8 am. Was right on time. Here's where it all went wrong. Kept getting told aost done three times. Was not done till 4 o'clock. Then left and coolant light still on what I originally notice. Had to fill at another place. Just wrong would not give me a car to drive. Had errands wanted to run Not happy will not go back there'

Only reason I'm giving them one star is to give a review and you have to a least give one star to give a review. I hate doing business with them. They're not friendly and do not do anything to accommodate you. I bought a dodge Durango with a warranty, the tail lamp went out a couple months later. They tell me it isn't covered under the warranty so I had to pay 1,500 to get it fixed. My car also came with free oil changes for 2 years, I can never get in on a walk in. Even if I bring it in early in the morning. They say they do walk ins but they are never prepared to do walk ins to service a vehicle. I just really hate I gave them any business. I should have just stuck with shottenkirk. To me I feel like they don't do anything to satisfy the customer. Then again there's a lot of racism in this town so that might play apart too.

I am really not a dealership kinda guy to have warranty work done. I like working on my own stuff but with warranty issues why pay if you can get it done for free. With that all said I will say I am impressed with the speed in which they got it fixed. I did inspect the work and found no short cuts or knock off parts. Great service and very informative in what was needing done.

We do not actually have any warranties that are direct from Deery Brothers we are a franchised dealer that can perform work on vehicles for the manufacturer warranties. We also offer extended service contracts from another company. If you are having a hard time getting something covered by a warranty company I would love to investigate and see if we can work with the manufacture or extended service contract company and get your problem resolved. Had to have a car towed for warranty work that they done twice before and did not fix. The tow company said it would be a 100 dollars and derry brothers charged me a 148 dollars. Then they are supposed to wash and vacuum your car and didn't. One star shop
