We drove from Wisconsin to Iowa to purchase our 2022 Chevy Sierra, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Scott helped my husband over the phone ahead of time and answered every question he had. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable making the trip out of state for a truck. When we arrived, Cameron greeted us and was incredibly personable and kind throughout the entire process. He made us feel confident that we were making the best decision. He even called the next day to make sure we got home safely and to check in on how the drive was. Which was very thoughtful of him. Lastly, Kyle handled the financing and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and thoroughly while we were there. We highly recommend this dealership. Especially if you’re coming from out of state. Such a great experience from start to finish!

Great overall experience!!! Cameron sold me on the new Toyota Tacoma and I love it!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Julie was very helpful and friendly helping me choose how to keep my new truck looking brand new especially since I drive a gravel road every day. I wish I could rate the staff individually, I would give Kevin (finance guy) a big 0! He was very rude, cocky, judgmental and almost lost Cameron a sale. I would definitely recommend if your in the market for a new vehicle, just try to avoid Kevin

What else would you do on Christmas Eve, day? Buy a car. Checking out the on-line selections, Deery had the most to offer. I found about 4 to test. Called and talked with Ivan and he had them ready to try out for me. I was trading in my fairly new Honda. Wanted a SUV again. Ended up purchasing Nissan Murano. Love it. Ivan was pleasure to work with. Answered my questions and no pressure. Paper work smooth and everyone involved nice. Even decided to ceramic coat as suggested by Julie. Thanks, KLW

Everything went well when I went in to trade cars. I had talked to Wendy the day before and she had everything ready. She is very good at what she does. She is polite and just persuasive enough to help you make up your mind, but not enough to make you uncomfortable. The financing went well, also. If I had a question about something, it was explained to me so that I could understand it. The entire experience was a good one and I appreciate that a lot. I would recommend Deery Brothers to any of my friends or family. Thank you for your help.

I found myself in a predicament as my ford ranger keeps burning up fuel pumps. The age and mileage of the vehicle are enough that handling my daily routine is a bit of a stretch. I decided it was time for a newer vehicle while i keep my ranger and hopefully fix it as a backup. As it is, it is dead as a doornail. I did some quick searches on line thinking the $20K zone was what I was prepared to do. Deery Bros web site came up with a pretty good selection of compact cars which is what I was thinking about. There was a corolla that had some previous damage which i could see in the carfax Deery published online. Knowing this helped me in my final decision which was a new Nissan Sentra. It was close enough in price to the corolla but there is a lot to be said for going new if you can, and the difference in price wasnt enough to point me toward the corolla. Ivan was my sales rep and he was very helpful and accommodating through the whole process. I took the powder white option for a test drive over night. No complaints at all on the car, but I did see that there was an Aspen white version that was missing a couple of options compared to the powder white, so i went with the aspen white, it was also about $1,500 less. Again Ivan was very accommodating by giving me as much time as I wanted to compare and contrast. The aspen white didnt have the $80 clear bumper cover that came with the powder white and I was hoping this could get ordered as a customer courtesy but this was not possible. One thing that stuck in my mind when i bought my Ranger new was that they threw in keyless entry for free, small things like that stick in a customers memory. Anyway, I decided to go with a down payment and finance the rest. I was a little surprised at the final monthly payment amount, but I knew going in that I could pay against the principal to speed things up, and Ivan and the Finance director confirmed this. My plan is to make some aggressive payments to knock back the principal once the loan gets started and potentially refinance at Capital one if that makes sense to do. After the purchase I noticed that Nissan of Galesburg had the same vehicles at somewhat lower prices. If my timeline was not so tight I might have considered them as an option. Overall this experience was painless compared to any other car purchases for me in recent memory. I would go with five stars but there are some unknowns such as CVT transmission performance long term and overall quality of the vehicle, + whether I find the financing varies wildly from the norm. As I mentioned I was pressed to make a deal so I started with what it is and know that I have some options to reduce any payment pain as needed. Thank you,

While the sales person Craig was very nice I was quite upset with the overall experience. He was aware that I needed a vehicle and was losing money without one. He said he would help to get me approved. He did but not for the vehicle I looked at, not the price range I needed to stay in, higher mileage then the one I looked at, and way more money down then I could afford. My hard line prices and requirements where told to him on first interaction. None of that was listen to. I was basically told this is what you get by finance. All of that could have been avoided with a simple call with options instead of wasting my and my family's time to bring me to the dealership. To top it all off, my private information was laid open on his desk for several hours for anyone in the office to see. No sense of security or care for ones private information. I will not do business of any kind in the future.

Jake and Brandon in sales were phenomenal to work with when I was in a time crunch to find a new car after totaling mine. The service team has been very helpful while dealing with a transmission issue. I feel like they have gone above and beyond for me during this very frustrating process. However, their finance person that I dealt with was very rude and condescending. He would be the the only thing deterring me from returning.

I called about a car they had advertised. The sales manager referred me to one of his sales man, Steve. I had some questions about equipment on the car over the phone. Steve went to insure the vehicle was there and was what I was looking for. We arranged a time to meet and look at the car. Steve had the car ready and we test drove it and they looked at my trade. We rapidly made a deal on the car and met Brandon the sales manager. I purchased an extended warranty, financed the car and departed the dealership 4 hrs later. Very pleasant experience.

I can say we had a pleasant experience buying a vehicle today! Our salesman Chance was great to work with. No high pressure but just took really good care of us. They appear to really take good care in preparing a used vehicle for resale and make sure it’s in tip top shape. When we went back to sign all the documents the finance manager was really helpful and we felt good working with him. I’d definitely come back to purchase a vehicle here again!

I had warranty work done left the truck I live 80 miles away they put in park pawl per recall the paper I brought with me said I would get a free oil change up to 6 quarts of oil when I got they charge me 88 dollars for it I showed manager the paper when I dropped the truck off they where supposed to program a key fob I brought with me they said they forgot but if had time they would do it came back and they could program it and I had asked them when first came to the dealership that I wanted them order one then they said they would order one now but I would have to bring the truck back again and everything else I wanted them to check out they said they couldn’t do anything about it cause that the way it t works I’m not a complainer but I think people just don’t care about their job I worked for a truck dealer for 40 years I know about customers service. Today update after my rant I got call from the general manager he was very concerned and he apologized and wanted to make things right he I was disappointed in the vehicle we had a good talk and after taking to him I called him back and traded that vehicle in and he me great deal on a 2010 corvette they had and they really went out of their way I’m so happy that went back and done the deal and I apologize to them and love car and I definitely will be back when decide to purchase again they great people bottom line is I should of called before I posted

Very poor customer service. Felt very uncomfortable dealing with them as they were very rude and unprofessional. Was told they didn’t want/need my vehicle from the moment we walked in the door. “They said it needs too much work” Then I go to start the vehicle I was there to look at and it wouldn’t even crank over. Unwilling to negotiate anything. Needless too say my family will never step foot in your dealership again and will not recommend to anyone that I know.

Wendy Miller was wonderful to work with. I was in the market for a very particular trim of the Spark, and Deery Bros had it. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon, and had an appointment for 8am the next day. Wendy explained everything about the vehicle to me, took me on a test drive that allowed me to see how the car handled on hills, the freeway, and on city/suburban streets. After I decided to purchase the car, she also clearly explained more of the electronic features of the car I wasn't familiar with. Deery gave me a very fair amount for my trade, and I will be recommending them and doing business with them again.

I was looking to trade my Gas Guzzler V8 Armada in for something more easier on my pocketbook, when Colton came up to me and asked if he could help, I told him I had been talking to Scott online and decided to come look at the 2020 GMC Terrain. I told him i liked the vehicle and he said to me do you like it, or do you LOVE IT? I Love it!!! I was thoroughly impressed with my sales and service experience at Deery Brothers of Dubuque! David Palton was transparent, patient, and understanding. Not once did I feel pressure nor anxiety which often come with a car buying experience. He was also very personable, which made it a fun experience for me and my family. David listened to all my questions, and worked for me. I was very satisfied with a fair trade and great price on the newer vehicle. Once purchased, I had a minor service issue that arose, and David responded to my phone call instantly; and not only that, got me in and taken care of right away! They took care of the service cost and were kind about it. David and Dan took excellent care of us and made it the best experience possible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, any day!

I am writing this review regarding Deery Brother and my sales consultant Blake Dichraff. I purchased a used Dodge Durango and everyone from my Internet consultant (Kristina) to Blake was wonderful to work with. I drove over 5 hours to this dealership because they had the exact vehicle I wanted in terms of color and options. The process to get the vehicle purchased and my vehicle traded in was very easy. When I arrived I was offered something to drink and whole process from test drive to leaving the dealership was only 30 minutes. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from them and highly recommend this dealership

Purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback that was brought in on a trade in. It was the best vehicle purchase I had ever experienced!! Mark Simmons and Britta Baker were the best! They are not your typical pushy car salesman (woman) - they are honest and to the point - with a little humor to help ease the stress. The financial office was great too ... they go over every line, every charge, and they are honest all along the way. I drove 142 miles (over 2 1/2 hours) for my vehicle and it was worth every mile!! If you are in the market for a new vehicle - go see Deery!!

We road tripped 2 hours on a Saturday morning, after finding a few camaro convertibles online. We were met by Steve Donald, who gave us specs on every camaro they had on the lot. He was thourough, not pushy, asked questions, listened, and got us in a test drive within 20 minutes. Finance was a breeze. He took the time to call a lender and ask him to knock off a few months of the term. Saving us $2500. AWESOME! Straight forward dealer.

Save your time and money. This dealership was changing hands between owners when I was shopping and the whole staff was awful. The salespeople are friendly, but incompetent and their managers are pushy, rude and will not listen to you. I had to void a check because they "lost" the keys to my car when I attempted to get a value for my trade in. I wrote a check for a deposit and then had to void it on my phone so they could "find" my keys again. Worst car buying experience ever.

Ivan was the most patient salesman ever! I called him with so many questions and he always answered them honestly and clearly. They were never shady, and got me a great APR on a used car. I came all the way from Chicago, and Ivan was checking in on me the whole way. Totally worth the 3 hour drive! Bringing my boyfriend back in 6 mo to refinance his car.

This dealership is an absolute JOKE!! Jacked my dad around about buying a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. He took his Rubicon to trade a couple weeks ago and the salesman low balled him so bad on trade, he was wasting my dad's time. Dad made an offer to write out a check for the Jeep on the spot, but his offer was too low and the sales guy let him walk. He called and called, but felt like no one was putting him high enough on their priority list to take care of him. Promised time and time again that they would get back with him to let him know if the Jeep was still available or not after a few others test drove it. Never got a phone call back! This past Thursday (12/3) I called for my dad to see if the Jeep was still available. I spoke to Ivan and he told me it was being test driven at the time, that he would get back with me to let me know if it sold. Saturday (12/5) night 5:50, I had to call back myself. On Friday (12/4) my dad finally called one last time to see if it was available. He spoke to the salesman, and he told dad a friend of the owner's had test driven it on Wednesday, and he decided not to buy it! Dad told him he wanted it and that he was on his way to come pick it up. Right then. We live about an hour from Burlington. He was on the road for about 25 minutes when the dealership called and said they talked to the friend who drove it on Wednesday and now he changed his mind and decided he wanted the Jeep so they sold it to him instead. Working customer service, you learn to treat others the way you would want to be treated. And the way you make your customer feel is what sticks with him or her. This dealership made my dad feel bothersome and like he wasn't important! He has made a point to make sure he never buys anything from you guys! Ever! You wasted his time and yanked him around over a Jeep he had his heart set on!
