I had warranty work done left the truck I live 80 miles away they put in park pawl per recall the paper I brought with me said I would get a free oil change up to 6 quarts of oil when I got they charge me 88 dollars for it I showed manager the paper when I dropped the truck off they where supposed to program a key fob I brought with me they said they forgot but if had time they would do it came back and they could program it and I had asked them when first came to the dealership that I wanted them order one then they said they would order one now but I would have to bring the truck back again and everything else I wanted them to check out they said they couldn’t do anything about it cause that the way it t works I’m not a complainer but I think people just don’t care about their job I worked for a truck dealer for 40 years I know about customers service. Today update after my rant I got call from the general manager he was very concerned and he apologized and wanted to make things right he I was disappointed in the vehicle we had a good talk and after taking to him I called him back and traded that vehicle in and he me great deal on a 2010 corvette they had and they really went out of their way I’m so happy that went back and done the deal and I apologize to them and love car and I definitely will be back when decide to purchase again they great people bottom line is I should of called before I posted

Oil change and tire rotation was fast. I was in and out within 45 minutes. No pressure to get extra services that weren't needed at this time. The Service person was very polite and courteous.

Jake and Brandon in sales were phenomenal to work with when I was in a time crunch to find a new car after totaling mine. The service team has been very helpful while dealing with a transmission issue. I feel like they have gone above and beyond for me during this very frustrating process. However, their finance person that I dealt with was very rude and condescending. He would be the the only thing deterring me from returning.

Last resort.... Way way way to expensive and my car still won't run. They wanted over $500 just to tell me what was wrong with it. They essentially lost the car for 4 days on their lot. Their last concern is the customer.
