Had a flat tire on auto this morning when went out to garage to go to work called Amanda at Derry Bros at around 11:00 had an opening at 4:00 told her to put me down and I filled tire with air and went to work it was a slow leak but by time I got there it was down again they fixed it had a nail in it from last night’s storm remember running over a board on highway. Thank you for quick service and getting me back on road!

Overall a poor experience with the service department. 97 dollars for an oil change to find out an AC Delco filter was installed on a Toyota. When you go to a dealership and pay a premium they should go OEM filters. I did notice it instantly and went and had a discussion with the parts manager. Yes it’s compatible with my engine, but the problem is there was no communication between me and the dealer regarding the fact an oem filter wouldn’t be used till after. Won’t be coming back.

I picked up my vehicle after getting some body work done. It looks amazing and you can't even tell anything happened. They kept me informed through text about the status of my vehicle repair and everyone that I talked to there was very nice and courteous. I have taken another vehicle there and wouldn't go anywhere else. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely recommend them!

I was told that it would take about an hour to get my key programmed. It ended up taking almost two hours for it to be done with no update until I texted the number they provided and asked for one myself. They did an absolutely great job, but the communication could be better.

I would like to leave a good review because honestly, the sale went smooth. However, my temp tag has expired and after contacting the dealership, over a week has gone by and still I have no answers. I texted the sales manager with no reply. My sales rep replied back saying the title clerk had left for the day and he'd check on it in the morning. A week went by and nothing so, I messaged my sales rep again. I got a reply saying he'd let me know when he hears something. How long does it take to hear something? The dealership has dropped the ball on this one. Maybe this review will get someone's attention!

My 2019 Nissan broke down and I had it towed to Deery Brothers to be fixed and from the minute I called and talked to Jessica to schedule it to be dropped off until it was repaired, I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Jim kept me up to date on what the technician found to be the problem as well as the estimated cost to repair it. I would highly recommend anyone needing service to go to Deery Brothers. I really appreciated all that was done.

Everyone was super-friendly making sure I had all my bases covered with insurance/rental car/paperwork. They kept me informed where my vehicle was in the repair process and when it was going to be ready for pickup. My insurance company even told me Deery Collision was their highest rated shop in my area. They were right. My truck looks great inside & out.

Took some cars in for service and never got an update on what’s going on. I was just expecting a phone call to tell me how things are going if they brought it in or not what’s wrong, but they never call. I’ve had to call after a couple days just to know what’s going on. I haven’t been to many shops but I’m 100% sure they actually communicate with customers at any given point. Not saying the experience was bad just supper aggravating that they can’t call back when they say they will.

Purchased my vehicle in January. Part of the agreement was to have warranty work done. It took us having to call multiple times to finally get it fixed, 6 months later. Got the run-around from our sales guy the whole time. Left my vehicle for a week to have work done after being told that would work with timing & the part wasn’t even there or ordered. Vehicle was at dealership for 2 weeks before finally getting fixed.

I had some "Nissan recall" work done on my 2020 Frontier that was going to take 5 hours. I live 70 miles away(Deery Brothers is closest authorized repair shop). Amanda in the shop was terrific. She was concerned about me and wanted to make sure I knew how long it was going to take. She communicated with me on a regular basis and made sure the expectations were clear. Overall, it was the best service experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Wendy is AMAZING! I wasn't even really in the market for a car but she made my first car buying experience, exceptional. From knowing her facts about the market, to knowing everything about this brand, to letting me take it home for the night to make sure I was confident in my purchase. She even went page by page in the manual to make sure I knew every button in my car and how it would benefit me. She had superb customer service skills and followed up with me the next week to see if I had any lingering questions about my new car. I would recommend this location and ESPECIALLY Wendy to anyone I encounter.

The service experience I have had recently really feel short. I tried talk to a service manger and got a their voicemail and never received a return call. I also emailed the sales manger we had worked with and so far not one person has indicated they care at all about people that buy from them.
