Brandon, We are sure you are finding higher than average market do to limited availability of inventory. Please understand our dealership and dealerships all across the nation would much rather offer more inventory for less money per unit as it is a much healthier business model in the long run. In other words if the dealership would receive ten 2022 Toyota RAV4 Primes from the manufacturer and have a guarantee we would receive replacements from the manufacturer we certainly would offer all ten vehicles for the manufacture suggested retail price or even less as the dealership benefits from selling and servicing more units at smaller profit per unit and still remains profitable. However as I am sure you have found in your search the manufactures are not providing enough inventory to replenish supply so we are forced to sell less inventory for more per unit at this time. Your offer of $2,000 over the manufacture suggested retail price although in normal economic conditions would be considered more than fair if not generous is far too low for the dealership to consider in current market conditions.
