I was slightly disappointed because on my previous visit I had asked a question and I was told they would get back to me but no one did. I reminded them I never received an answer they said sorry it was denied by Toyota. Except I had bought the interior package and she said no you bought the exterior then went back and said yes you did get the interior package. Just was disappointed as I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Was told I need a new interior air filter, which I bought. The paper I was given stated all these items that should be done totally 700. But none of this was discussed and why wouldn’t it be covered?

Car would not stay running. They did a walk around video and said it needed a new motor. I don't believe they even tested anything. I had already replaced fuel pump, which they reseated. Not impressed.
