I have gone to the service department now 3 times in the last 3-4 months to get my vehicle fixed. I’ve spent almost 2000 already and now they want another 2200 out of me to fix a problem they said was already fixed. I have no more money, along with the almost 400$ monthly payment. I will be giving them a demand letter if they do not get this fixed. First visit they said it was my battery, second visit it was my starter hitting the flywheel, ECU, and some fuses. Now I don’t believe a word they say.

We drove from Wisconsin to Iowa to purchase our 2022 Chevy Sierra, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Scott helped my husband over the phone ahead of time and answered every question he had. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable making the trip out of state for a truck. When we arrived, Cameron greeted us and was incredibly personable and kind throughout the entire process. He made us feel confident that we were making the best decision. He even called the next day to make sure we got home safely and to check in on how the drive was. Which was very thoughtful of him. Lastly, Kyle handled the financing and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and thoroughly while we were there. We highly recommend this dealership. Especially if you’re coming from out of state. Such a great experience from start to finish!
