Only because I cannot give them a zero. If you give a bad review for them, be prepared for them to call you at home to ask you to change your review, even after you explain the problem. I gave the review that I felt reflected my experience with them. Afterwards, I felt pressured to change my review and now my opinion is even lower of them. You might have a good experience though. If you see a car you like there, it may well be worth it.

I was from St. Louis and drove 218 miles to see Aaron to test drive a toyota used model. So as I was driving up to see him he texted me and said Wendy would be my sales person. She was out side when I got there and called out to me are you Bob. From there on the experience was over the top all the way to finishing the deal through the sales manager and Kyle the finance manager 👍 and then to Wendy who went out of her way to show how to operate this beast of a Sequoia trd pro greatest experience buying a car I ever had and I'm 67 years old. Ivan was the most patient salesman ever! I called him with so many questions and he always answered them honestly and clearly. They were never shady, and got me a great APR on a used car. I came all the way from Chicago, and Ivan was checking in on me the whole way. Totally worth the 3 hour drive! Bringing my boyfriend back in 6 mo to refinance his car.
