Love how professional and clean everything is and comes back. Yea 2as a bit of a wait but for being the only Nissan dealer I know around, its understandable for wait times.

We brought our 2018 Nissan Murano in for its first routine checkover since purchasing it new late last fall, and to diagnose and correct an unusual anamoly in the adaptive cruise control we'd discovered on a winter trip to Texas. We expected the routine check to go as planned and were hoping the other issue would at least be understood and eventually fixed. The folks at the Service Department were familiar with the cruise control problem and even had the right replacement part on hand. We're very happy with what we've experienced at Deery Brothers.

They are holding our vehicle that was fixed due to the motor seizing because my girlfriend was held at gunpoint in the rental we had so they had to come get it from the tow company. Never offered us the rental back to clean up or anything. When they thought our insurance was going to pay for it they was charging us $10,000...after finding out the insurance wasn't in effect and asking for a list of damages and why it was so much they let us know they was going to charge us $2600. Until we pay that all at once they are holding our only vehicle and I can barely make it to work. Tried to pay half down and make a payment weekly but they refuse to work with us. So we are paying for a car we can't even drive!!!!!

I recently purchased a used truck at deery Brothers. I dealt directly with Sean, who is constantly improving his salesmanship skills to make his grandmother proud. I learned this in conversation, waiting on paperwork. Sean was patient with any complaints or concerns I had. I'm sure my wife had him wishing we'd leave at one point or another. I had a mostly positive experience. Lacking 1 star isn't bad by any standard. My 1 complaint is financial. There just wasn't any room to come down on the used truck or to come up on my trade-in. Yes, that's typical at a dealership, but these are the highest interest rates I've ever financed under. Every dollar counts. Deery management, take care of your sales team. They were standing out in the cold, waiting for me to splash them with a puddle. I believe compensation is in order.
