Everything went well when I went in to trade cars. I had talked to Wendy the day before and she had everything ready. She is very good at what she does. She is polite and just persuasive enough to help you make up your mind, but not enough to make you uncomfortable. The financing went well, also. Great place to go if you need to be lied too. Call to ask for all pricing. Got told $21,000. Well, 6 hours of driving and paper work later, show up with $22,500 and get told it won't cover my taxes. "Well, I did not know what you were doing " was reason give for increase. Fine whatever, well they head off, few min later they come back with a paper saying I need another $2000, and still the $1300 for taxes. And had the full to tell me "we too late into the process to negotiate" they had not done anything, nothing was sign. I had to do all work, and guess what I had to do another 6 hours of driving and paper work, and it costed me money to pay back loan after returning the money. Buyer beware: do not trust Wendy there, she either incompetent, or con artist. So adding more since the owner reply. First of all yes I live in Burlington, My credit union does not, it in Hannibal, mo. Second the price he said I was quote Is still under the loan amount I got that also under about $1600 of the first price change Wendy gave me(inperson) if the car came out to $23,000 or $23,500 and before taxes I would of still brought that day . Furthermore if I am calling about the price of the vehicle, which I could see the price they would have listed when I found out they had vehicle. Why would I not be asking about the taxes? You can see the price they advertise for vehicle before you find phone number. Also to add on about the market value My credit union does a review of vehicle and it history before I am allowed to get loan. So yeah they check market value too and they told me car was not even close to worth the final price which I was given. Like to note that a lot of issue happen in person with Wendy, not over the phone. and the text I got before the meeting with Wendy were just appointment reminder( So I do not see how the texts are relevant to anything). On other hand, the owner did actually reply instead of leaving a generics automatic message. Maybe this whole situation could have been prevented if I was work with them. Instead of Wendy." also adding after looking at more reviews, within last 3 months, lying, no discounts, bad communication, bad customer service seem to be repeating key words. Failure on my part for not doing more research should of never trusted them i guess

This is our 4th vehicle from Derry Brothers in Burlington Iowa. Wendy Miller was our sales associate and she has sold us 3 of these cars. (She wasn't employed here for our 1 st Nissan) My husband only buys Nissan and he always drives the 30 miles to this dealership. When we arrived to look at Nissan's, Wendy was very busy and was already helping 2 other customers. She was happy to see us and she told us to go outside and look and she would come out as soon as she could. Wendy came out on the lot and she saw the Nissan Kicks that we were looking at and she went in and got them ready to be test driven. Wendy let us test drive and we found the perfect car! She helped us through the process, as she always does, step by step. We were happy that everything went smoothly, but it always does with Wendy. We will recommend her and Deery Brothers to our family and friends, as she is so personal and like a friend to us. We laughed and enjoyed our time with Wendy. Thank you Deery Brothers for Wendy!

A bit of a long story about how much Deery Brothers helped us out, but I feel like I need to tell it. This past summer, my family and I were t-boned by an uninsured driver. Everyone was okay, but the following months were an absolute nightmare when it came to the insurance process. Between work, and our child starting kindergarten, being down a car was not easy. Our insurance was finally dealt with after a few months and we could begin looking for a new car. That was a whole other nightmare. I had a Toyota Prius and wanted to get a new one. Sold out everywhere and to get a new one would mean being on a year long waiting list. I decided that the hybrid Corolla would be a good substitute (I commute 2 hours a day, thus wanting another hybrid). Wouldn't you know it? Hybrid Corollas were also in short supply and high demand in our area. Local dealers also jacked up all of their prices. We decided to expand our search and found Deery Brothers Toyota in West Burlington. It was a 5 hour drive away from us, but they had two hybrid Corollas in freight, and the prices were beyond reasonable! I was first contacted by their internet sales manager, Wendy. She was so nice and answered all of my questions quickly. We took the risk and put down a deposit on a car we hadn't even seen. Then we were contacted by Ivan. What a gem. He guided us through the process and made sure everything went smoothly. A couple of weeks later, the car arrived, and we made the drive to West Burlington. I couldn't believe how quickly their team got us in and out of there. Everything was thorough, and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences of my life. Huge shoutout to Ivan, Wendy and everyone over there at Deery Brothers. Finding these guys felt like we finally had a little luck back on our side.

Wendy Miller was wonderful to work with. I was in the market for a very particular trim of the Spark, and Deery Bros had it. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon, and had an appointment for 8am the next day. Wendy explained everything about the vehicle to me, took me on a test drive that allowed me to see how the car handled on hills, the freeway, and on city/suburban streets. After I decided to purchase the car, she also clearly explained more of the electronic features of the car I wasn't familiar with.
