While the sales person Craig was very nice I was quite upset with the overall experience. He was aware that I needed a vehicle and was losing money without one. He said he would help to get me approved. He did but not for the vehicle I looked at, not the price range I needed to stay in, higher mileage then the one I looked at, and way more money down then I could afford. My hard line prices and requirements where told to him on first interaction. None of that was listen to. I was basically told this is what you get by finance. All of that could have been avoided with a simple call with options instead of wasting my and my family's time to bring me to the dealership. To top it all off, my private information was laid open on his desk for several hours for anyone in the office to see. No sense of security or care for ones private information. I will not do business of any kind in the future.

Cortessa, Sorry to hear of your experience with trying to secure financing for a vehicle. We at the dealership do not loan money we work with financial institutes to help people finance their vehicles. It appears the lender would not approve you on the vehicle you selected, however, Craig was trying to at least see what vehicle the lender would approve a loan for you. Sorry it was not a vehicle you were interested in purchasing. Perhaps you have your own lending institution that would approve you for a loan?

WARNING: make sure to check your tires, breaks and things that are harder to get to. The back 2 tires were in the yellow and needed changed out, while getting tires changed my repair guy found that ALL 4 of the INNER brakes were so worn out that 2 of them were ruining the rotors. I have been warned by my guy(not Deery Brothers) this is not drivable until the work is done. I’m not even a month into owning this and I have not even made my first payment on this… Derry Brothers advised I drive 3 hours to have them do an investigation. They will not accept pictures from my service guy or his inspection. I can’t not believe that Deery Brothers would allow anyone to drive off their lot with that condition of a vehicle. Craig was very polite and still treated me with the care he treated the other customer that he was working with… Even with the fact that I financed by myself. He made sure that I liked the vehicle, he got me set up with the app that goes to my car and followed up on the following days to make sure nothing came up! Side note: The dealership was clean, and all the staff were smiles and friendly.

UPDATE: I would like to update this to say that the Service manager reached out to me and apologized for the way I was treated and sent a gift card to cover my next oil change & tire rotation for free. Of course, it's yet to be seen if I can actually make the appointment! ;) Thank you Deery of WB! If I could leave 0 stars I would!! We purchased our 2021 Equinox at Deery and had a GREAT experience with Craig(he went above & beyond!!). This review is for the "Service" department! I attempted to make an appointment for an oil change online. Apparently though, the online appointment maker doesn't work. I showed up for my appointment and there was no record of it being made. So while I was there, I made a new appointment, face to face, with the man in the service bay. I never got a confirmation, so the day of the appointment, I called to confirm (messages get crossed, maybe I missed it). The woman who answered treated me like I was five!! I asked to confirm, she said she didn't see anything for that time. Then she asked if I had made it online and that if so it isn't working. No, I made it face to face. She proceeded to tell me again that if I had made it online it wasn't working. I said, again, No, I made it face to face. She kept repeating the online speech. I stopped her and told her that I had tried making the original appointment online but learned the hard way that it didn't work so I made a new appointment face to face with the man in the service bay. She went into the same "our online appointment maker doesn't work" schpeel. After about the fifth time hearing the same thing, and not getting anywhere, I told her nevermind I would take it somewhere else(and I did, and guess what, I made the appointment ONLINE). She was rude, and didn't listen when I tried to explain my frustration.

I read most of the reviews Derrys is the reason I've decided on getting a car from them I've talked 2 Steve/Tim very friendly they both understand what I'm going through right now Steve is very helpful of what I'm looking 4 he explained everything 2 me today Steve show me a car that can fit my budget got a tour of the service overall I'm 100% impressed I finally got a car/deal done today Steve was busy with our customers they have had Craig talk 2 me very nice person 2 talk 2 then talk 2 mark very nice as far as test driving/all the paper work it was quick/overall it's a very nice place 2 talk2 what they say they 100% there word on it highly recommend Derrys 2 any one today I had a blow tire there service department help me out took care of me explain 2 me y the tire was blown it's my 1st time doing business with them overall today they did a great job overall sales/service is great

He also covered the differences between cars. Was patient and answered all our questions. Once we decided which vehicle we wanted the whole process went amazingly quick.
