While communication with the Service group leaves something to be desired, the courtesy and work is very good. All communication runs through your assigned advisor, my opinion is that role is overwhelmed. My advisor contacted me late afternoon the day I left our vehicle, unfortunately I did not have my phone close so he left a message. The next morning try as well as I could I wasn’t able to make contact with him. He got the work done, but due to what was probably a multitude of responsibilities on his plate it was noon before I actually spoke to him. The vehicle was repaired but before g vacuums of communication is not comforting.

The power seat in my Toyota Avalon was not working properly. I made an appointment to have it fixed. The service department was ready when I arrived. They fixed the problem for no charge.
