My experience was that I had to find and supply deery brothers with the part needed to fix my vehicle or wait several months and maybe they would have it by then. After a month when my vehicle was repaired I was given a much larger bill than was discussed. My experience was not good to say the least and I would not recommend deery to anyone.

I was told that it would take about an hour to get my key programmed. It ended up taking almost two hours for it to be done with no update until I texted the number they provided and asked for one myself. They did an absolutely great job, but the communication could be better.

The day of the dealership being courteous to their customers is gone. I could have gotten the same service shopping online. There was no negotiations allowed. There were no perks buying from this dealership. Not asking for thousands off my purchase, but is a tank of gas too much to ask for these days? Deery Brothers needs to change their slogan to “this is not how we do business anymore” because that’s the answer I got from all the questions that were asked.
