Working with Amanda is always a pleasure. I do think their in-progress notifications app needs some work. This is the second I've not been able to reply to it and have had to seek out Amanda. She took care of things very quickly, but the online problems I've had are perplexing.

For 17 days Wendy Miller put up with me emailing her different vehicles to test drive. Then I just told her what I was looking for and the price range. She a list of her own and sent it to me to pick from. She found 4 for me to test drive. I stopped when I drove the Rogue. If you are looking and need a little help, ask for Wendy! She goes above and beyond!

The most horrible experience ever in car repair. I went to purchase a tire to match a tire that was replaced from an accident. I’m new to the community and the dealership, and apparently it came with a complementary car wash after the service, however, my car had just been painted due to an accident. When I ask them if they washed my car, they told me it was my fault because I should’ve asked them if they washed the car. I had already told the clerk that I had just had the car repaired From the accident, that’s why I was there getting a tire.I would’ve thought she would’ve asked about a paint job. I’m just upset because three grown men stood there and told me it was all my fault.

It was easy to get scheduled, and the waiting area was accommodating. New tires and an alignment. It was quick and comparable in price. The car drives nice. I had never been there, and it was not really clear as to what area I was to check in with. I went to three different people before I was at the right check-in. It would be nice if the staff took notice of the people who arrive and provide a greeting/ assistance to get the customer to where they need to be. I was grateful for the service, and the people who took my payment were very friendly.

Well I waited 1 1/2 weeks for my appt. To be told I didn't have one. They changed my tires but didn't change my oil. All to tell me I'd have to wait another week and a half for my oil change. I've never been so disappointed in my service there until today. Guess I'll have to check a jiffy lube out.
